Charges you for tap water- that’s illegal.lady at the cash register started fighting when I said never mind.

I come into this location almost every morning. I place my order on the app so that it’s ready when I walk in. Just this past week 6 out of the 7 days I walked in my order wasn’t ready. Not because it was busy but because the employees are all chatting with each other. Soon as they see me walk in they begin to make my order. This morning was the straw the annoyed the camel! Not only was my order not ready, and not only did the attempt to make it when they saw me walk in.they weren’t able to because the machine that makes the steamed milk wasn’t cleaned from the night before and now it has to go through the cleaning cycle. The employee says it will take five min. So I wait. Ten min later she says oh it’s gonna be another 9 min. I don’t have that kind of time. I need to go catch a bus. I appreciate that the place is typically spotless and although the employees are lax they are friendly. But it’s the morning. Early morning. 5: 30 am. This location is a block from a train station and several buses. Most people in there in the am are commuters. If this was the very first time this has happened, then maybe I wouldn’t be so pissed. But it’s not. Enough is enough!

Easily the best Dunkin in the neighborhood. Clean, GREAT SERVICE, and quick; even when they're busy.
Not always a Dunkin person, but when I am, I'll go out of my way to go to this shop.

Tried to order a mocha latte with oat milk and they didn't seem to understand what that was even after repeating it a couple times. What I got was drip coffee with mocha and cold oat milk.

I'll be generous their coffee stinks had better in the army also military food is better than theirs enjoy

Ordered a mid night black coffee with French vanilla and some sugar, tasted as expected. Right now dunkin’ has a promo through their app in which a medium midnight black including flavoring is only $1 at 1 per person per day till the end of January 2023, if only it was like this all the time though

The older lady who was the cashier was pretty rude to everyone. She would tell customers that she didn’t understand them instead of informing them of an additional charge. When my husband’s hot cocoa was up and my husband wasn’t able to get it in a second, she screamed “hello? ! ” instead of letting us know she’ll leave it on the counter. When there were no customers, the other worker started cleaning and she started talking and not help him.
