Dunkin', Queens NY

Honestly, didn't want to make this but.this place sucks. From the quality service, to the actual quality of the drinks. You're better off going to 85th street DD because they are so sweet over there and the food/ drinks are made with love. They come out so much better there. I feel like Woodhaven DD just rushes and doesn't care how anything comes out. Last few times I was there the older man who workers there just seem so miserable that it reflected on his customer service. He looked disgusted to take our order. And while I understand probably the frustration of working there but theres no need to be rude. Any issues you have have to be left behind after you clock in. It just sucks I have to go out my way to another further DD because I know I wont be happy with thee outcome at Woodhaven DD

Horrible service period.this Bangladesh ladys are NOT customer service oriented at all. I ordered a bagel toasted w creme cheese and a coffee. They gave me the coffee and i was waiting and waiting literally 15 minutes until i ask where is my bagel and she said we don't have. So why they don't inform and let a costumer waiting for a fricking bagel. Then they started talking on their language which is soooo f'ing unprofessional doing it in front of customers.if i could give ZERO to this place i would do.

They remodeled but still one of the slowest DD shops in NYC. Fine on a weekend but I’ve missed my train several times waiting on them during the weekdays. Employees move like their bodies are stuck in glue.

Staff is EXTREMELY rude. Terrible customer service. I love my drinks sweet and they never put enough caramel in my coffee even when I pay extra for it. Their hot chocolate taste like water. I rather drive further to a different Dunkin.

This has got to be THE WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too. If you order anything with an expresso shot, they cheap out on you and give you far less. They need to hire more diverse staff and people who actually know what they’re doing. If DD corporate knew half of the things they do, believe me they wouldn’t operate so freely and they wouldn’t be getting away with false advertisements. Please run far away from this place, they will give you poor service and more than likely sub bar coffee. I will say their donuts are always fresh though, so come for the donuts and forget about the coffee.

Some of the workers are very nice, but oh my god! They never know how to make coffee the proper way! Don’t get an espresso drink because they won’t put the right amount of espresso inside your drink, I stopped getting espresso drinks from there and then eventually started to get regular coffee and they still don’t know how to make coffee! They won’t stir your coffee, the coffee taste horrible, and they also serve stale coffee smh I’ve been going there for about 6 months to see if maybe they’ll change but never mind! Go to the Dunkin on 8416 in Jamaica across Duane Reade! Way better and follows the proper Dunkin standards.

Me and my cousins and brother we ordered two oreo milkshakes and two doughnuts and they didn’t give us the doughnuts

I go to alot of ddI've never been to 1 that does not accept offers from the dd app on top of them denying my use of the app My coffee tasted like pure milk
