Dunkin' Donuts, Hauppauge NY

I go through the drive thru during the week days and there is one woman who is by far the best Server I have ever had. She is sweet, fast, genuine. She is always on point. She asks how you are and tells you have a good day. I wish I knew her name, she may be a manager. Either way this lady is a Queen. Best Dunkin Drive Thru employee ever

Easiest dunkin to park in with a big vehicle. They're fast but there's still a whole convenience to store to pick up anything else you may need while waiting.

I Went inside this morning on my way to work. I tend to not do the drive thru since the line is usually long in the morning time. When I Went in, the young man took my order right away. He was very respectful and kind when he took my order. I highly recommend it, it was clean and tidy.

Always getting orders wrong, bagel are always hard, they have no customer service skills either.

This was last straw.about 4th time in last 7 visits that no one showed up for first shift or showed up late.
15 million Americans out of work, and they can't find someone who will actually show up for work on time.
Used to be open 24 hours.signs in windows still say open 24 hours.not even close.take your lieing signs down.and find someone who will show up.and on time.

I observed the only person who was attending the place was accepting bills with her barehands and the same time fixing the coffee touching the lids and coffe cups. TOTALLY DISGUSTED BY IT

I was visiting this place 2-13-2020 at 6 30 pm. I didnt know workers name. Two guys and 1 girl work that place. But never ever seeing my life about they are so rude. I was waiting more than 15 minutes my order. They made a mistake and never say sorry and say leave go, go go! I CANT BELIEVED!
Hire a new worker's and than learn how to run a business.

The guy running this place at 5: 30 a.m. On 12-21-19 deserves a medal. This guy handled my order with like 7 special flavor coffees and like 100 munchkins simultaneously with someone else ordering (giving him a hard time as well) and people in the drive thru. I tipped everything that was left in my wallet, which was like 10 bucks, but give this guy a raise or a trophy or something. Oh yeah, and he was running subway too. Nice.

Disgusting service, They serve old coffee.manager Raja is very rude and customer service is absolutely very bad.

Drive thru on Wednesday 23 at 2.14pm guy was rude. Apparently I did not wait enough time for someone to take my order. How long I am supposed to wait!? Very rude and unprofessional

It's hit or miss with this place, sometimes the coffee comes out great, other times you tell them not too much caramel and you're drinking a candy bar.

Here all the time before work. Seem like great happy people working together, but minimal competence is noted. Nothing really terrible, but you'd figure after the time spent working there, they would know the proper procedure to do things. Either it's too early for some of them or they don't make enough money to care. Could definitely be better.

Their delivery and showcase needs improvement.

This location sucks. Your order takes forever. The staff seems stupid and uneducated. Lady who took my order was on her phone. I.orderd a large I was given a small. She told me that's what I said. Wrong! Maybe you should be texting while ringing up customers. Duh! And the AA lady making the coffee doesn't know anything about making coffee. She had to remake my coffee and anothor customer.

Lousy.
Bought a large latte. Took it back to my office. When I started to drink it, there was sludge floating on the top.
I emptied in the sink - the sludge was about 1 inch deep at the bottom. Never going back there again.

Im just going to say this one thing. I asked the lady for ketchup and she turns toward me with a handful from behind the counter and asks if I could put the rest over there with (of course) a terrible attitude. Avoid this stop if you can. That was just one thing out of 10 that happened in my 10 minutes of ordering, waiting, and eating.

This location is getting a bad review due to wrong address that is listed. I considered the service good and the workers there are friendly. They are located on motor parkway in hauppauge next to the otb.

Great customer service and friendly upon entering but took a bit for my order, they completely forgot to make my order, it wasn't busy just myself and 2 customers, the young lady making the meals asked me if I was waiting for something before realizing i didn't get my order, so if not for this I would have rated them higher, overall good place but needs a small bit of work.
