Housed in what had been an edifice of New York City’s Parks Department, this small way-station accomplishes its purpose. Travellers can refresh themselves, rest (parking for three vehicles) and acquire foodstuffs (bagels, doughnuts, croissants, etc). The foreign employee is friendly. Directly next to this branch of Dunkin’ Donuts is a Citgo has station, and directly across the Hutchinson Parkway is the same arrangement; a D’D next to a Citgo! Wi-fi is free, and there is countertop seating for about three people. The venue recycles, and its bathroom is also environmentally friendly with a hand-blower, though it is somewhat grungy!

Great staff, but long story short. Inside is closed due to corona.
Ordered iced caramel macchiato, recieved iced coffee no flavor. Made drive thru line again -they did not change my order simply added a flavor that was not caramel and sent me on my way.

Please make sure your drinks are correct before leaving drive through.

Worst staff experience ever.guy drop cup on the floor and put them back without washing and just throw cup holder. I said thank you and says nothing back all the time.

Friendly service. And of course pretty much the same menu as the other 10,000 Dunkin Donuts worldwide.

Nicest employees, try to please as much as they can but the coffee always tastes burnt.they need to clean all their equipment regularly. I have told them many times.

Location location location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Convenient for coffee or to get fuel at the citgo station next door.

Small place, but give you good solution if you need coffee and a bite, and you do not want to get out of the highway. I am not a big fan of food places located in gas stations, but this location is clean enough.

I got sick after buying a tuna salad sandwich. I vomited and had stomache issues. I won't return here. This is unnaceptable.

Easy on & off of Pkwy but comes up quickly so be ready; both sides of Hwy; drive thru or spacious parking; fresh, plentiful food & drink selections; clean facilities; friendly staff; we stop here every time we visit NYC.

The early morning crew has a tendency to talk to the point of distraction between themselves and sometimes get the orders wrong, especially through the drive thru.

The worst dunkin I've ever been to. I return only for the convenience on my commute, and I regret it every time. They have never gotten my order right, they don't fill the coffee cup all the way, doughnuts taste stale and they are very rude. And they are constantly out of products and supplies for almost anything you'd want to order.
