Dunkin' Donuts, Dewitt NY

Although they get my order wrong at times, they will correct it with " no charge". I never wait more the 5 minutes.

If it's the Manlius Center Road it's the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Others are a little truck stop like and ghetto. Stop sign belongs at the top of the hill towards the drugstore people cut through there with roadway speeds and to make the hill a danger when you park out front. High Fidelity music in the men's room but the changing station too small for old guys with diapers. Service after you've sat down with your order would be fun to have tip jar make the customers feel more comfortable but I usually throw a $5 bill in the trash can. Despite the conspicuous lack of ashtrays LOL

It seems 85% of the time they NEVER get my order correct. I wanted a refund and they did not know how to refund back onto my cc which I paid with. I do not blame the employees for this poor experience, I blame the managers and district manager for extremely poor training.

If you think you're on time for work and wanting to stop for coffee here in the morning don't be fooled. You'll sit in drive-through for 10 to 15 minutes

I went to this Dunkin this morning and the drive threw cashier named Deanna D. She was absolutely rude and I had asked for cream in my coffee and she didn’t put any in it nor did she put any flavoring in it so I went inside and she was completely rude and wasn’t going to fix it but then all she did was put more flavoring it and didn’t bother to steer it never again will I go to this Dunkin!

Been sitting in the drive through lame for 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. And all I wanted to do is pick up my mobile order. After getting the wrong order and a lot of attitude from the staff inside last time I ordered ahead, I decided to try the drive through. That was a huge mistake. I'll start going to the Dunkin on Thompson from now on. Much better service and way faster.

It was great. Miranda waited on us. She was very helpful and thinking of our needs. Pumpkin donut and a special cold brew. Excellent. Pumpkin muffins and coffee cake.

Pretty good and the prices aren't too bad. I enjoyed my visit here and will probably do so again! Thank you!

I had a very rude employee who even upset me so much that I had a few tears. All I tried to do was to explain to my mom who was with me about a crossionet or an English muffin. There was a training manager that saw this and came over to apologize. Some people just should not be in the public working. They give the company a bad name

Tidy. Friendly staff. Seating inside. Hot and cold beverages. Also all kinds of goodies besides doughnuts, like muffins and bagels, as well as breakfast type meals. I like that they post calories!

Good coffee a good sign of well made dunking coffee is a long line and this dunking has it and it moved right along. Yet, when I got to the window the gentleman had the kindness to smile and be happy that his day was hectic

Ordered 2 sausage, egg and cheese on everything bagels. It wasn't until I got to the window that I was told they only had one everything bagel left. No big deal. Substituted a plain for it. Cashier was friendly and apologized for not knowing. Sat there for a while waiting for order to be done. By the time I got our order, one of the bagels was lukewarm.

Good cup of mid afternoon coffee. Had to wait for it though. The person ahead was ordering for 12. Not sure what the 4 other employees were doing. It wasn't taking care of business.

Me personally, if I had down time like that I'd be cleaning and studying the training manual.one of they're staff likes spending time behind BOCES trees.

Dunkin donuts would be better if they were more consistent sometimes the coffee is fresh other times there not

Pretty standard dunkin, nothing extraordinary. I always enjoy visits here and the drivethru is speedy

Poor service, spent 10 minutes in drive thru only to get the wrong food and my coffee wasn't made right either

We get coffee here quite often as it's on the way to work and the closest to work. Almost 75% of the time they mess up the order. And I'm not talking about anything complicated; I ask for extra of something and I get something completely different. Most days we suck it up and drink our coffee surprise as if we return it for a new one we would be late for work. If you know what you like, your out of luck. If you're the kinda person that says "surprise me, " then ignore this rant and enjoy.

This location, unfortunately, seems to be hit or miss. Some days service is excellent, some days you get the wrong coffee and ice cold food. Great spot for a DD, just inconsistent.
