Dunn Tire, West Seneca NY

Super easy and quick to make an appointment for my inspection. They were able to get me in the next day. I made an appointment for both mine and my husband’s car. They were able to quickly determine that my husband’s car would not pass inspection, so they gave a courtesy call and told us I could pick it up without being charged. Definitely recommend.

Never got contacted after choosing tires and setting up an appointment online. Texted them a few days later to confirm; was told everything was all set. After the installation I realized wrong tires were put on (same brand, but $25 more each). After pointing this out, I was given several excuses: the tires I wanted were discontinued and they had only 1 (why wouldn’t they let me know that prior to installing something else?) ; there was only a $1 price difference per tire (not true) ; the website price was wrong (maybe, but how is that my problem?). I was told I could come back to have the correct tires put on, but chose not to. Instead, I requested a refund of the $100 price difference. After a while he finally agreed. But there should have been better communication all the way around.

The is was the first time using Dunn Tire. I had an emergency service, my brakes went and wouldn’t work. I was towing a trailer and couldn’t disconnect it. Customer Service Rep Tony took care of me up front. He was extremely professional. He took me in and explained everything in detail. There was a mechanic that helped me also, I wish I knew his name, but he was fantastic with me as well.

Excellent service from both Tony and the mechanic. I will absolutely be back! I found my new goto garage!

Went in for new tires only, already ordered and ready to pay for. Was given a 1156 dollar quote for rear brakes, rotors, and 2 new calipers. Did the brakes and rotors myself, and had the dealership confirm that nothing was wrong with my calipers. The calipers were 500 dollars of that 1156 dollar quote.

What I thought was a nail in my tire was actually just a stone. The Goodyear Eagle tires on my Corvette only have approximately 5,000 miles on them … although the tires were put on in 2011, which was my main concern, they are not dry rotting and have many more miles to go. The crew and manager at Dunn Tire in W. Seneca were very honest with me. They looked over each tire only to tell me I didn’t need new tires! They also checked and reset the pressure of my existing tires. I’m sure they could have made up some story to tell me to get new ones, but they were very professional and honest! I will definitely go back there when I DO need new tires.

Do not go to this location. I went there to get an inspection and they told me they couldn’t do it because of some service issues. Immediately tried to schedule an appointment without my consent and still charged me the $21 for the inspection. This is not my first bad experience with this location either. Very poor service.

Tony at the desk provided poor and misleading information regarding my alignment. How a person can lead you to believe that something is free, and then expect you to pay $100 when the bill comes time to pay is beyond me! Obvious money grab and very shoddy customer service. I won't be visiting this Dunn Tire until he doesn't work there.

Ease of making appt, welcoming in the store, clean storefront, great customer service and explanations of service being done; had tires rotated and top off of nitrogen + multiple point inspection, great job Dunn tire. In and out in 45m, thank you

Edit: I went back 4 months later because they recommended rear breaks and a radiator flush. The work was done quickly and was reasonably priced. Thank you, again, Dunn Tire!

I had planned on getting 4 tires. Dunn's tech told me that all 4 weren't necessary and to just go with 2. I appreciate the honesty and the savings! Thank you!

I had a flat tire (right rear) and after getting it pumped up I immediately went to Dunn Tire to get it checked out. The car was pulled in and within ten minutes it was determined that the pressure sensor was corroded and needed replacement. Within another 15 minutes the sensor was replaced, I paid my bill and I was on my way. Great all around service.

I had low pressure twice in a month in my left rear tire so made an appointment for 3: 00 pm on 7/8. It was determined the pressure sensor was corroded and it was changed and I was on my way. The tire pressure sensor light came back on but I had to be somewhere else. I returned to Dunn this morning, 7/9, and they immediately checked it out and got the light out. As I was pulling away the light came back on so they brought the car right back in and checked all four sensors and fixed the problem. I drove away and all is well. This is why I have been a Dunn Tire customer for years and always recommend them when someone asks for a good tire place.

Extremely satisfied after pulling into Dunn tire with an unfixable tire, the tire was not and has not been in stock. Tony who was very knowledgeable and aware of our out of town dilemma explained all of our options then proceeded to go get the tires we picked at a warehouse while the mechanics removed the tires. Thank you Dunn tires for having an excellent, knowledgeable and well trained staff. This is the reason we instantly looked for A Dunn tire when we had a problem and will continue to use them as we have so many times in the past

Unfortunately had a poor experience at this location today. Purchased tires from a different Dunn tire location, everything was fine. Had an issue with one tire and was in the area of the union road store. Tire tech was fantastic and said he could get me right back and get the issue fixed. Unfortunately after speaking with the store manager, Jr, he informed me I had to return to the Sheridan road location for the repair.

Fast forward a few hours and the Sheridan store is completely slammed and cannot get me in right away. Not their fault, they’re busy. The gentleman up front took care of me as quickly as he could and took care of my issue.

The union road store had techs sitting around with nothing to do, and turned away a customer who had an issue with a brand new set of tires, which were purchased from Dunn tire.

This interaction makes me question going to larger chain stores. Normally I use them for the convenience of having stores everywhere. Maybe if I knew I wouldn’t be provided service at other locations I may have saved a few bucks and gone elsewhere.

Total scam. I took my car into Dunn to repair a tire with a screw in it, but left with news that the plug didn't hold and they needed to replace all four of my tires for $800. The screw was in the middle of the tire (thus reparable) and my tires only had 19k miles on them. I thought this was ridiculous so I took my car to the dealer (who is not in the business of selling tires). The mechanics at the dealer found a different leak that Dunn didn't catch. They said my tires had excellent tread and even if the plug didn't hold, only two tires would be necessary to replace. Thank goodness for my second opinion, as I almost wasted $800 on unnecessary tires. I will never go back to Dunn.

The guys were very quick and friendly! I barely had time to sit down in the waiting area and my car was already in and on the lift. Took a hour for 4 tires and a 4 wheel alignment. Couldn't be happier!

I won't do anything but get tires here. Had an appointment last Saturday at 10 am for a tire pressure sensor and ABS lights on my dashboard. They took my keys immediately. At 1150 I asked for an update. I was told they were a little behind due to walk ins. Ok. At 1250 I was approached saying they couldn't reset the TPMS. Finally at 130 pm they were successful. I had already missed my chance to make a 2pm appointment I had elsewhere. I made another appointment at another more convenient Dunn location for yesterday at 11am to have the ABS looked at.
Same thing. Took my keys immediately. At 1150 I was told I needed a new hub on one wheel and a speed sensor on another. Ok. Do it. Off they went back in the garage.
At 130 I'm approached and told they couldn't get a part until 6pm. Very confused as they close at 4 I asked "so it can't be done today? "
They responded I don't know. I had a 2 pm appointment again that I had already found other arrangements for again considering it was now approaching 2pm. I told them it was too late for me to do this today. Then instead of pulling my car around for me to leave I waited another 10 minutes to again be approached saying they might be able to get someone to go get the part. I responded with so when will it be done? Finally he said maybe by 4. I told them it was way too late in the day.
I understand cars can be unpredictable but to have 2 appointments on 2 separate Saturdays I didn't expect to leave again with the most concerning issue not taken care of.
At 3pm I'm given my keys back to and I'm assuming I have some paperwork to get. I am then called up to the counter and told it'll be $120. I asked why I was being charged for them to do nothing? All that occurred was me wasting 4 hours of another day.
If you enjoy wasting your Saturdays make an appointment at Dunn.

I LOVE Dunn! They make me feel like family, they are very kind and patient. They take great care of you and your car! It can be easy to upsell or take advantage of the younger/older population who may not know as much about cars, the staff at Dunn have never made me feel this way as a newer car owner and it really does make a difference! Thank you for taking care of me and my CRV!

Tony was very informative and helpful when helping me decide which tires to buy. Never pushy when making the sale and very willing to explain the whole process my car would go through and offered me ways to save. It was a great experience all around!

Tried to push me into buying more than i needed. Spent 2 hours there for nothing said they only had the most expensive tire and mine was discontinued. Complete BS. All because i was from Ohio in New York traveling.

Great customer service. The girl at the counter helped me find the right tire for my car. Fox tire suggested the same tire at a substantially higher price. Great service throughout the whole installation appointment. I left there satisfied with my choice of tire and feel like the price was fair.
