I just had my first experience with Dunn tire. I'm completely happy with my tires, was glad to get them locally, and really appreciate the work being done so quickly. Also, having an attractive area in which to wait was a real pleasure. I'll be back.

Friendly, fast and they do not try to sell you things you do not need, like the car dealerships.

Terrible service. Made an appointment a week prior. Went to the appointment only for them to not have me on their schedule. The man who took "care" of me.with the glasses, charged me unnecessarily
Told me to put my credit card away that he wasn't going to charge me. Went to the back and got another employee. Then was told by the same man who said he wasn't going to charge me that he now had to charge me. LIARS AND THEIVES! The quote I received was nearly $800 more than 2 previous quotes from other businesses. I will NEVER take any vehicle there again!

I did business with the Fredonia, NY store. The customer service within the store is remarkable! They treat you really well, and make sure you leave happy. I had a few bumps in the road along the way however, they explained everything in great detail to make sure I understood what they were talking about. I am very pleased with the way I was treated by the gentleman in that store. I would highly recommend Dunn Tire in Fredonia, NY.

You just need to pay closer attention to detail such as my appointment was lost. They did get me in and took care of me.
Also, each tire had a different pressure when I checked them the next day. Only drive 20 miles

They are very nice and didn't take long to do a front end alignment on my car.

They have a nice lounge and bathroom as well.

These guys are always kind, understanding & helpful. I have gone to this location over the years. I trust them.
I will always have the deepest respect for the manager Bill. My daughter had a brake emergency after being waved off by the dealer that sold her her car.
I called Bill and he took her in at once. Nothing better than piece of mind when it comes to loved ones.

The staff at Dunn Tire were super. I and a few others had a bad experience on I 90 and I needed a new tire and possible rim. They were able to save the rim and had a tire too. They made sure that the car was safe to drive and off I went.
