Dunn Tire, Williamsville NY

Upon picking up my car there was a rubbing noise in the left rear tire. A balancing weight had fallen off and was stuck in the rotor by the dust shield. Little concerning about workmanship.

I was waiting in the area but car work was done but nobody called me for a while. It would have been nice if they had called me as soon as it is done.otherwise everything went fine.

The best part of Dunn tire is that I can trust them not only to recommend all important parts but to accurately fix & adjust things. Some of the staff have gotten a bit rude over the past few years but Hussain at the desk is the absolute nicest, best ever! Please keep him & promote him to train new hires.

Fast and efficient. I love being able to drop off after hours to pick up in the morning. Their staff is nice, friendly, helpful, and great at their jobs. No mess in the car afterwards, you wouldn't haven't know work was done except for the sound change in the tires.

Dunn tire price matched and beat the other price the transit rd Williamsville location was efficient and had the car done earlier than expected.

A little bit of a wait, but definitely worth it! They did a great job putting on my new tires, balancing and aligning my vehicle!

Honestly disappointed. I went to have my snow tires mounted and an alignment. The work was great but all 4 tires were set at different pressures. From 12 lbs to 35. The low tire pressure light wouldn’t go off. They suggested driving it which I did for 20 miles. Called back and they took me right away. The tech said they had someone new but 12 lbs for an SUV? Light finally went off when they properly filled the 4 tires. First negative experience I have had with them.

They finally carried the same winter tires we had used on my Fusion previously. I am planning to keep this car for a couple more years. So finding tires priced right was priority one for me.

Had 4 new winter tires installed and it only took 20 minutes! Yes, 20 minutes! Excellent service.

Purchased new tires, got car back with visual blemishes on all four wheels. Would not recommend.

I had a great experience at Dunn Tire i was treated with the utmost respect and given several options on brakes and tires that worked for my budget. All the employees were in a great mood and took excellent care of me.

Would not recommend. They claim my tire could not be fixed and I had to buy a new one. I declined and took it elsewhere. My tire was fixed in 15 minutes. Also was charged for the repair when it was not done. When I left Dunn I had to go back because the studs were loose and my truck was vibrating. Rim and studs were damaged. Rude and poor customer service from manager.

I have been going dunn tire for many many yrs at 2 different locations. Never a problem, but just in the last 5 yrs it has gone so downhill in workmanship, honesty & transparency that I can't go to them any longer. These are tires for a vehicle that have the potential to kill a person if mistakes are made. I simply cannot trust this place to keep me or my family safe anymore. Plus they are very very sneaky and dishonest. They just can't be trusted anymore. Oddly a co worker said the same thing at work. Sad. This place was the place to go for tires back in the day. Not anymore.

Not the best around and they are sub par on customer service. I recommend monro across the street

Very very disappointed. Total disregard to communication. I made several calls to follow up on my tire order. All promising me a callback and not one return phone call until I said I wanted to cancel my order.

When they arrived, scheduled an appointment. Was called the day before that the tires were not there. But in fact they were thank goodness. All nice people with good intentions but the experience is sending me elsewhere. Sorry.

Good fast service, craig is always a pleasure to business with and worth the ride to this location…
