Dunn Tire, Rochester NY

Had new spring/summer tires put on while swapping out winter tires. The crew worked well as a team and had me in and out in no time. Manager was very good about explaining everything. Definitely my go to store. Greece Dunn!

The people at Dunn tire were kind and squeezed me in last minute while I was in a bind. I appreciate that. A+ on customer service. However.not a single one of my wheels was properly balanced. One was off by nearly an ounce. It’s a real kick in the nuggets to pay $150 for tires to be mounted and balanced and the job was done wrong. And late afternoon on a Saturday, I was stuck driving home with horrible vibrations for 6 hours with no other place to go. Disappointed. I had to pay another shop to fix their mistakes. I’m happy to discuss with Dunn and update this review if they can make it right.

Update 3/24/21: I've been talking with Harry at Dunn Tire who is reimbursing me for the cost of the balance at my local shop and has committed to making sure employees at this store are better trained on the balancer. I will update the rating itself when I receive the reimbursement.

DUNN staff was friendly and accommodating. Service was on point and completed in timely manner.

Lou was the nicest guy I have ever met. Was very courteous and answered all my questions. I have been going to Dunn tires since 1970 when they were on the corner of lake and Ridge. The young black man withe the hair in dreads was very nice. Can’t remember his name.

Had tire changeout, oil change, and inspection done in about an hour-and-a-half. Very quick service!

Such a professional and friendly staff. I absolutely love the fact they were polite and not condescending! Huge difference. Would recommend 100%!

My car had a flat tire so I went back to Dunn for the repair. It was a sensor that they fixed but the broke my plastic wheel cover. They never said a word about that, my car also shakes at speeds over 45 mph. I should take it back to them but not sure I need anything broke

Everything went very quickly and smoothly. They seem to have streamlined the check-in process. Only took seconds.

On line appointment for semi synthetic oil change, state inspection & tire rotation was made efficiently 2 days prior to our appointment. Our car was taken on time, in fact we showed up a little early. Work was completed timely (approx 1 Hour) with feedback given as to the overall condition of our car. Service rep was pleasant & attentive. Well done! Will go back for next services when needed & when it’s time for tire replacement.

It's always a pleasant experience and the service is excellent! My alignment was done right the first time and in a timely manner. I have been doing business at the Greece location for years and never once had an issue.

Dunn always does a good job with communication before they do anything to your car. Top notch stuff.

This is the second set of tires I have purchased from Dunn Tire in Greece. I have no complaints about the service, scheduling, or the staff. Any tire issue I have had they are always helpful. Sometimes they get busy and don’t take care of everything I want so I gave them 4 stars. But still top notch.

I was quoted for a tire online and at the shop but when I returned for the work they gave me even better price for the same tire and the work done was great and he put the spare back in place

Brian ordered my replacement tire ahead of my appointment. It was waiting there when I arrived and I didn’t have to make a second trip. That’s great customer service!

Took my car in for tires, that had them on in an hour, the people there are very nice and the prices are very competitive. And I love the free tire rotation and getting the flats fixed for free.

Helpful to diagnose what was wrong with my tire and gave me safety suggestions also quoted me pricing for a new tire

Counter staff is attentive, acceptably courteous and efficient. Decor of facility needs improvement. Old wallpaper, cobwebs, generally unclean. Ladie’s room toilet was disgusting. Entire place smells like rubber. I understand the need to have tires everywhere to sell your product, but maybe seal them with something for display purposes only so that the entire place doesn’t smell so bad. Gave me a horrible headache while I was waiting for an hour and a half.
