Went in there to buy gear as I bought my first bike not that long ago, most of the workers there seemed to only care about talking to eachother and not the customers. Asked someone how I would know what size to get for helmets and just said did you try it on. He didn’t give me any recommendations or advice for gear. I had to just guess and figure it out on my own.

I’ve been a customer for over two decades and I will say my most recent purchase was probably the best of them all. Mike is probably the most knowledgeable sales person I’ve ever worked with in `over 35 years of buying vehicles. With less than 3 days till my most recent deployment, he was able to get me on my 2022 Can Am Spyder in about 8 hours at the price I was looking for. His knowledge of the products he is selling and his ability to explain to me the difference in products based on my age and comfort level is 2nd to none. I’m sure I’ll be back to buy a new wave runner from him. I waited till I got back from my deployment to write this review because I wanted to see if the service department has improved over the past several years. I recently completed my 500 mile service on the spyder and new that I would be looking at a $500 service fee due to what Mike told me when I bought it. Service was completed in 1 day (I had an appointment) and there was some minor things that one would expect to be completed when you pay that kind of money for a pretty basic service. After speaking to the service manager, he assured me that he would speak to the service technician to ensure a professional service is completed in the future. Overall I’m pleased with my overall experience and plan on continuing my business with Dutchess Rec for many more years to come.

Bought a sweet KTM here.but let me tell you about Scott on the sales floor.i worked with him and will only work with him going forward.this man is extremely knowledgeable about all types of recreational vehicles.answered every question i had.also, he made the whole process an absolute pleasure.he asked what i was interested in, showed me a bunch of different bikes in my price range/vehicle type and let me decide what i wanted instead of trying to sell me something.i really believe he is here to make the process easier and not just to make money.awesome experience. Give this man a raise, bonus, and promotion.he’s really here for the customer.

One word. RUDE. Called this dealership to track down some paper work on piece of equipment that originated form here pre the MFG procedures. Spoke to 3 different people here. I understand not being able to provide the necessary paperwork etc.however, there is no need to have an attitude and be rude. All 3 people I spoke with were extremely rude to me.

Exceptional attention to detail and service after the sale! We recently bought a pair of Kawasaki 310LX jet skis and ran into a problem with gravel being sucked up into one of them. The service team got the problem fixed for us quickly just in time for our vacation up to Lake George! Thank You!

Sales is good as had a great experience getting a spyder. But disappointed with the service department. Made a appointment to get my son's brakes fixed and bike has been there 2 weeks. When making a appointment it was not to drop bike off and wait till they had time to work on it. I could of taken the bike elsewhere and brakes be done by now.

Morgan and the staff were super friendly and helpful when i was purchasing my 2023 can am ryker 600 they made the process smooth and painless 10/10 recommended

I purchased a 2009 Kawasaki KLX from Dutchess Rec. Kayla was my salesperson, She was the absolute best! Helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will continue to shop with Dutchess Rec. Overall great experience hands down!

Bought brand new GTX 300 limited. Took it home in April. First ride was May and battery was dead. Charged battery fully and tested battery. Tester shows battery is Bad. This “new” Battery won’t hold a charge. Dutches Rec won’t help or exchange as a defect. You spend 22k on a ski, you think you could exchange the battery that should have worked from the beginning? To me that’s bad business. Won’t do business with them ever again.

I did have a wonderful experience at DRV, specially the sales person MORGAN (you are the best!) very patient, easy to work with, she makes your purchasing experience one of the best from the moment you walk-in to the store until the same day of delivering the bike, she keeps constant communication with the customer for any updates, plus super friendly.

Bought a bike from there, it was very busy but everyone was helpful. The bike I bought was brand new but had rust on it in areas, they told me it was just unboxed and built a few hours before I got there, and it was due to the way they are shipped and stored. They cleaned it up after I pointed it out (although I feel it should have been noticed before I pointed it out). Hopefully the rust doesn't come back soon.

I worked with Kayla who was very helpful and easy to work with I had my heart set on a specific bike and color and last minute I changed my mind for a specific feature I wanted and still was able to stand and deliver with no problem would definitely buy again from here friendly and patient with your needs.

Went in on a Friday afternoon and had the pleasure to work with Kayla. I told her what bike I wanted and she gave me all the options they had available. Decided on the Honda rebel 1100 DCT in black. While I worked on the finance with Barb, who was also a pleasure to work with she prepared the bike to be ready to leave later that day. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a motorcycle.

Recently bought a 2022 seadoo fishpro from here. The service provided by Kayla and Morgan was exceptional. They were very helpful and able to answer all my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone in the market for PWCs and other vehicles. The overall staff at DRV is great.

Kayla and Morgan were the best helping me get everything in order for my 2023 RXT X 300 and i couldn’t be happier, Barbra in financing was super sweet and also incredibly helpful. Eric and Matt are the best Tech’s hands down installed my parts same day so I could be on my way. Can’t wait to hit the water
