Sandwiches are very filling. We went late in the evening and they had ran out of beef and lamb shawarma. Got the chicken which was OK could do with a little more flavor, needed a splash of sauce with every bite. Will definitely be making another trip out there to try the other options.

Food wise they get 9 out of 10.customer service wise i give them an F hence the three stars.i hope the owner reads this and fire the lady with white shirt who had attitude and forgot my order which was a wait of 45 minutes and got the phone number wrong.so rude and dumb lady

: (Even with the return of in-person food service/ dining comes the need to check your order (mine was over $20) for side items ordered which might be missing, especially when you see a lot of customers in queue.

Perhaps the best Palestinian food I have had so far. The mixed platter blew away our mind. So full of flavor so scrumptious so juicy. Will be trying few more dishes next time hopefully. Don't forget to ask for all their sauces there are few interesting ones.

The food is so fresh and very tasty! Really nice staff as well. Great for a quick pick up meal.

Wow just wow top notch food. I loved this so much that it has been 30 minutes since i finished eating and i still have the food tatse in my mouth. Great place the only bad thing is no good seating. Its so good it gets real packed.

Very tasty and inexpensive! Kind of a hole in the wall, but really good food and friendly service. Get the bowl and choose meat and sides, everything is delicious.

Literally the best chicken shawarma and falafel I've ever had! Side of falafel (9) was only $3 and comes with your choice of sauces. I tried the white sauce, tahini, and garlic sauce which were all amazing. Would definitely come back for more! I'm sad that it's so far from me though!

There service is horrible. Staff start to struggle when there are more than 3 customers at the premises. Lazy and unorganized, a simple order for one can take 30-40 minutes. The food is decent.

Best food and the Shawarmas are delicious! Gets little tight and the place gets dirty, during busy hours but it’s okay for us since we usually do a take out.

The food is amazing, but the service is horrible, I was left on hold by the cashier girl for 20 minutes after not picking up the phone 4 times. I heard her speaking to people and socalizing while i stayed on hold. She needs to be fired and replaced immediately.

Horrible service, the girl who picked up the phone in duzan is very disrespectful and ignorant! The food is great but I don’t reccomend coming or calling here for 1 reason only, you will be treated like garbage by the cashier lady! Bad service but good food

I hate writing bad reviews but the food is bad and I have been ordering from them for years. The chicken and beef are bland. The hummus is disgusting and tastes more of tahini and not chickpeas. There are better options and food trucks in the area that I am done with this restaurant.

Tasty clean and fast service. Prices are so reasonable, works well for healthy eaters as well. Thank you Duzan!

Plate almost empty of shawarma and made by a Hispanic guy who doesn't know anything about Mediterranean Food. I told him to fix the plate.
So he said talk to the boss Hassan, I spoke to Hassan so he said its the way to do it and it's only $10
That place is not as good as it was before. I advise the owner to stand up for his business as he was.

I tried the chicken shawarma wrap with everything on it. Very tasty more than I expected. I would definitely come back

Fresh fresh fresh, pita bread excellent, Shawarma (both chiken and meat) is best I had in years, staff very friendly.

I ordered a falafel bowl, chicken bowl and hummus and EVERYTHING was amazing! I’m so glad I chose this place and will definitely order from here again.

Simply said, the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The pride and love in their cooking was clearly there for customers to enjoy!
