DXL, Massapequa Park NY

Honestly disappointment doesn't even begin to say how I feel. I placed an order for in store pickup where it said same-day pick up as stores are closed and 7pm came and they closed, and I heard nothing about my order being ready. I called before they closed and they took down order number name and phone and still nothing. When I needed something for the next day. When order is ready for pick I'll pick it up and swiftly return it as it was only two shirts nothing extravagant. For what this store charges for their items one would think that it'd be ready and it wasn't I will likely never return.

No help if there was more assistance i would spend more money there. Cant try on clothes long register lines one person to run the store. They could be making so much more money big guys spend money on big clothing but big guys need love to. They need to be helped not good

Beautiful staff! Helpful and nice! Being fat is expensive I'll say that but what ya gonna do! Really nice apparel. Definitely going back.

Shop here for my sons Christmas stuff. Excellent staff extremely helpful great selection of stuff definitely will be back to Massapequa.

EXCELLENT customer service was greeted as coming inside this establishment. Bought a jacket perfect fit.

Decent selection of clothes for bigger guys but exorbitantly expensive were talking 60 dollars for a pair of jeans. Insane prices.

This visit to DXL was good. Most visits here are fine but when you have to deal with bad answers on coupons that cost you a lot of money it sucks coming. The manager I've dealt with here is awesome and is extremely accommodating. Makes coming here a great experience. I know that a lot has to do with corporate but I think the employees need to take initiative as well. Some do, most don't.

Great store. Extremely helpful staff. I wish I could remember thier names to pay proper respect to them. The store layout is setup well. It's easy to find what you're looking for.

Great place to get oversized clothing but they are always overpriced even though it is because it is oversized clothing. The sales are never really deal

No sales help when looking for items to purchase. At the counter one saleswoman doing nothing with 2 empty register then felt the need to stack gift cards as I approached with my items blocking my ablity to place the items down. The general appearance was not clearly identified with many missing plaquards.

Great place to shop, like the other reviews said kind of expensive. The people who worked here are extremely helpful and well dressed!

Great spot for big & tall men. I do most of my shopping here, & have never had a problem.

I felt depressed and ashame of my weight goinh to macy and any big and tall locations. I found the DXL Men Apparel and this true gentlemen Andreas help me bring my hapiness in shopping. His fashion style really interested me and made me feel great about weight and proud. Some tips into making me feel great about myself and i really appreciate it. 10 star if i could. I highly recommend 110%

Was great.didn't know that they had such a great selection of clothing, only had one service rep their to help, but he was great when helping.
