DXL Big + Tall, Lake Grove NY

Stopped in today for a couple of last minute Christmas gifts for my son.
Glenn was extremely helpful, friendly and professional.
It was a pleasure to be helped by this gentleman (manager).
I found the store to be perfectly stocked with a wonderful assortment of items that suited my needs.
Will absolutely return, I look forward to being helped with Glen again!

Main concern - LIGHTING IS INSUFFICIENT. I am not able to see merchandise clearly for purchase. No doubt you are losing sales due to poor lighting. I would think you are in the market to sell. May I suggest you illuminate your wears Please note every spot in the store is dim/dungeon-like and one cannot see clearly what you have to offer for purchase. What a shame.

I came into the store for the first time so I didn't know what to expect. I spoke with a sales associate who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the store's inventory. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and more. I would highly recommend this store.

It should be renamed Big men's clothing! They have almost nothing for the tall man who isn't heavy! Huge disappointment
