First time renovating my home. I was overwhelmed trying to order interior doors and exterior doors for my home. Dean was very helpful, so patient and knowledgeable. I was able to place the order immediately. Definitely see Dean he is pleasant and helpful.

The worst customer service and they don’t have a transparent price list so ensure you do your research before you decide to buy moldings or other home renovation goods.

I've been to this place a few times and these guys provide the worst customer service. They always have an attitude and act like you're bothering them when buying material. For a much better selection of material as well as a vastly superior customer service, Lenoble Lumber is much better.

In September 2017 I went to Dykes, the team was so kind and helpful that almost 2 years later, I remembered them and wanted to leave a review. I went in on a tight time crunch and with no experience with wood. The staff was polite, kind, swift and even helped me get back to my office with the large wood pieces. When you are having a terrible time on a project nothing saves your day more than a team like this. They went above and beyond. Thank you

Is only one helpful counterman, name Richard, the rest of them socilize among themsefs and mock the costumers!

Excellent and prompt service. Dean in the LIC sore was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me with numerous orders, always called or emailed back promptly. Excellent service!

Called Friday to get pricing on door, told me to come in tomorrow and can review everything. Spend time driving to the store and representative tells me I can't do anything until Monday. What a waste of time!
