I purchased these non-stick pots set from Costco and I am so happy with my purchase. The pan is very durable and is made of thick aluminum which ensures that it will last for many years. The non-stick coating is top-notch and I have never had any sticking or burning issues with my food. Clean up is a breeze and I can just wipe it down with a paper towel and it looks like new. The price was also very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable non-stick frying pan

I bought the X Hose two years ago through Amazon. I paid $130/- Cdn.for it and now The hose is leaking in several places. My issue is that the customer service at Emson is very very poor. They've given me the runaround. I've called numerous 1-800 numbers and talked to many people and I am still waiting for my replacement hose which has a 5 year warranty. I sent pictures of the leaking hose, my receipts and up until now I haven't had a concrete response from their Customer Service Dept. All they do is issue new ticket numbers for the same unresolved issue. I will never buy any of their products that thy advertise because their service is POOR.

Very disapointed with the pots and pans they are terrible quality not even a year old and rhe finnish is peeling off into my food as i cook. Very dangerously toxifying my food

Their pans are worthless and scratch EASILY with everyday use, just like all the rest of the "TV" pans. Everything sticks to them and I should have sued them for false claims. WANT A NONSTICK SAFE TO USE PAN? USE A METAL PAN AND OIL OR BUTTER.

All their products come from out of the country.not made in America.all junk. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.you will never get your money back and your credit card info will be stolen

Beware that Emson's advertising in Canada shows prices for their products in U. S.dollars. Too bad they can't make an effort to show the real, Canadian price in an effort to be fair and open to Canadian customers.

Ordered a set of cookware through Home Depot and these people were the vendor. They were very quick to take my money however they never sent the items and I had to call Home Depot several times to finally have the order cancelled and my money refunded. Really rotten company obviously based on all the reviews and feedback. Stay away from them.
