As a 5’2 woman going into the car shop for her first time, it was a little daunting. But just as previous reviews have said, the shop was very approachable and the staff named Will was super helpful; got back to me super quick about what my car needed fixed and I was able to pick it up within 2 hours. No hassle at all. Overall, great experience

Will is the owner and he's absolutely an amazing high character honest person. I am so happy I found this place. Their prices are well below the industry average and they have a body show in house. They painted my Nissan leaf for me after someone rear ended it while it was parked. I paid them extra to paint more of the car and now my 2011 Nissan leaf looks brand-new. I am so happy with their workmanship. They also do all my maintenance. But you gotta leave your car with them. It's an old school place. Just drop the car off 7am and pick it up when it's done.

My neighbor got a bill of $3,900 from Land Rover for their evoke for routine maintenance. And Will do the same for $1180.00 the shop had the car for 2 days.

Will is fantastic. He knows everything there needs to know about cars. His team did a great job with my car and we couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be back!

I have been using ET Auto for about 20 years now. Pricing is very fair and service is always timely. All my repairs were done well - I can say this because I never had any follow-up issues. The owner, William, is often very busy because everyone goes to him. Nevertheless, he always offers me a considerate reasonable explaination of what needs to be done. Highly recommended.

The only mechanic shop I trust with my cars and my friends cars, definitely recommend. They handle everything from Inspections to clutch jobs professionally and timely.

Will and Ray were great. Super attentive and asked questions about the the issue, what was done on the car recently. I had a battery draw issue caused by a faulty wire, and they were able fix it the same day. I highly recommend these guys to my friends and family, they're honest and thorough.

They did an amazing job on my subbie I came in for a stage 2 clutch swap. Will is a good stand up guy (they're rare and far between) that does excellent work. I couldn't recommend this mom and pop enough. I'll be back for all my future car services.

William actually cares about people and his prices are fair. You get what you pay for and it's worth every penny here
