Install of new Generac generator went smoothly and all works as it should!

I was very happy with E&V. They installed a new propane furnace for me. They had all the work done in less than six hours. I have also bought a propane tank from them and had them install a propane line and the work was always excellent. My only question was the cost, I thought the price was a bit high, but in the end I’m very happy customer.

Attention E & V customers watch and pay attention closely when they say they are filling your tanks they are ripping you off they're not filling your tanks up fully they're not giving you what you pay for I've got pictures of my gauges lower than 70 just after they fill them up remember if you have 100 hundred Pounders they both should read 80 on each tank I used to fill propane tanks I ain't no dummy this company is unprofessional scammers remember you're going to get a excuse saying there is fluid in your tank it's a lie everyone that's been getting ripped off please this is how to take them down write a review go with Heller's Gas they're honest I should have wrote this review a long time ago just pay attention take pictures and a bunch of us take them to court and make them pay for them ripping us off

Company was happy to install new propane furnace BUT when I asked to have checked before starting for season, I was told that because they didn’t have any customers in my area, they couldn’t service me. And had no suggestions who to call. Told me to Google it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You did not let me know you wouldn’t service it. Why would I purchase it than?

We contracted with E & V Energy Co.to install a new HVAC split system in our home. After acquiring 3 estimates we felt that this company had the knowledge, skill and integrity to provide us with the level of quality and perfection we prefer. The salesman Nathan, had extensive knowledge about all aspects of the project, equipment, pricing, financing etc. He respectfully spent a lot of time with us answering questions and explaining all details. We chose Mitsubishi Units as we felt their products were superior to others we had investigated. This company was actually recommended by the Mitsubishi corporation. Josiah and Matt were the installers and were extremely professional, skilled, kind and patient with our questions and requests. They worked very diligently despite weather and our brick house challenges. The project took a bit longer than they had expected as they were sure to complete all aspects with accuracy and safety. At one point we requested that they speak to our electrician as we wanted one modification due to having a generator and they willing complied and went above and beyond to assure a safe and efficient install. We also requested that the drain hoses be left higher off the ground so we could collect water from the dehumidification to use to water gardens etc.and they were happy to comply!
Josiah and Matt worked very well together, were great problem solvers and communicated with us throughout the project About various details. We are extremely grateful and pleased with the results. We immediately experienced improved cooling/humidity comfort in our home and look forward to more even heat during the upcoming winter months. We highly recommend E & V energy.
(For future projects we would recommend more communication checks between the sales and installation departments… as well as having the salesperson on the job for a short while at the beginning of the first day of the project… if that is at all feasible.)

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of our installers John and Shane. There was absolutely no disruption in the house while they were here for two days setting us up with a new heating system. Right from the beginning with the companies rep (Nathan) to our installers and the propane delivery guys, everything was very good and explained very well for us.
