Eagle Rock Apartments at Hicksville/Jericho

Mario and Annette were both very helpful, from showing me several apartments as each opened up over a few months, getting my paperwork processed when I chose one, giving me a move-in inspection, and assisting with any requests I’ve made since I’ve been a tenant. The maintenance staff is both very courteous and professional. I’m happy to be here, and would recommend Eagle Rock, and the whole team that makes it function, to a friend.

Honestly I spent the best 9 months living here! Unfortunately I had to move due to getting a new job opportunity but if I ever come back to Long Island I know where I would live. The process for me was very easy, I got approved the next day & moved in the next month. I had no critters or bug issues, I’ve seen other reviews say they had but my building 331 did not have any. I didn’t have any issue or problems with neighbors or the apartment. I did have an issue with the laundry card but that was fixed once I called the company. If I could make a suggestion I would say more laundry rooms because if you get there at a bad time you might be waiting and might not be lucky enough to have one close to your building when it’s raining.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. This company posted an apartment to go see that it’s available. When I got there they never showed me the apartment even though we spoke a day before going to view the apartment. They also told us oh I think they but paperwork for that too. If you know all of this why not contact me and let me know. Also when we ask to see it anyway she was acting like she couldn’t remember the contact of the person who is suppose to show it to us. So I felt as a Beautiful black women they didn’t go above and beyond to help me get a place here. This was my feelings tours the Eagle Rock Company. We basically drove there to sit for 2 minutes and nothing came of it. Thank you for nothing.

So far, there haven’t been any problems with the place. It’s a nice area, a lot of different varieties of food around. The mall is very close by, there’s H Mart in the other direction, and very accessible to LIRR.

The place is very nice, neighbors are very good and are very kind. I have always been able to find parking no matter what time I arrive.

The atmosphere of the place is just so peaceful and we would love to stay for as long as we can.

Shoutout to Mario for helping us out. He showed us to the different apartments, was very communicative, and really helped us getting a place here.

Mario helped a ton with the move-in process! Great location, nice space, been here about a month now and very happy with my choice to move here.

They falsely advertise apartments online on every app or website you could find, yet they don’t actually have availability. Very disappointing.

My girlfriend lives at this complex. I very rarely stay over because it is loud and I get no sleep. I can not wait until her lease is up. This place is so ghetto.

Our process of renting an apartment has been nothing short of wonderful. Everyone we have worked with was so nice and welcoming. We have been working with Mario since the beginning and he has been willing to answer questions and accommodate as necessary without any trouble, he truly cares about the tenants! I cannot say enough about how great he has been!

So far my move into eagle rock apartments has been nothing but a wonderful experience. Mario Gonzalez was extremely attentive and went above and beyond from applying to move in! Looking forward to a pleasant living for years to come!

Mario has always gone above and beyond at Eagle Rock. When I first moved to the apartments he was more than helpful in walking me through the application process from start to finish, as well as the move-in process. When I transferred units he always made himself available for any questions I had, and was very accommodating and patient. I am so thankful for him during my time there.

Mario Gonzalez helped with the entire process! From the get go he was extremely accommodating and did almost the impossible to help get the apartment! He was always attentive, available and understanding of my situation…definitely the go to person here at Eagle Rock Hicksville/Jericho! So far loving my experience in this community.

Mario is the only positive thing I’d like to say about eagle rock. I truly want to like it here, but when numerous emails and calls are made regarding neighbors who don’t follow the rules and it affects my daily living, it makes it extremely difficult to. I expect noise and daily living with neighbors, but when the decibels exceed normal levels and again rules aren’t followed, it makes living my daily life extremely hard.

It was a seamless process from the point I filled out the paperwork, till the day I moved in. All due to the amazing customer service skills from Mario. A true professional from start to finish. I was so pleased with his handling of the process. Love my new apartment. Thank you Mario

I am not a fan of egale rock apartments, they charge you 1,675 for a studio that is the same price of a one bedroom, where i live a one bedroom is 1,275
