I was trying to book an appointment for today to have my left ear cleaned and was handled by a receptionist named Lisa. Before even asking me what was the reason for my visit, the conversation started as you have a balance to settle and need to get in touch with our billing department and look for someone named Lorraine. I had told Lisa that the balance was already handled by my insurance but she was not hearing it. She did not only speak above me, but refused to set an appointment until I spoke to their billing department. She went to the extent of putting down the phone on me when all I wanted was clarification. I don’t understand how this doctor got a five star rating if it appears that his staff only cares about servicing patients who have money rather than treating their patients who are coming there for his help. You need to replace Lisa as she is very hostile and rude on the phones.
