Jimmy, Tom and Harry were awesome. Jimmy and Tom came a first time to install a new microwave. This first microwave's size was too long and didn't meet the safety code. Jimmy advised me of this fact, removed the microwave and told me the exact sizing of the microwave I needed. Jimmy went out of his way and contacted the store salesman to make sure I bought the correct size. Jimmy and Tom returned a few days later and installed the correct microwave. Jimmy, Tom and Harry were very courteous, personable, efficient and knowledgeable about the install and the microwave itself. I am extremely happy with my experience with these installers and install process. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were great. They made me feel comfortable with the idea of buying from Feiden in the future.

We were unsuccessful in finding a white refrigerator with bottom freezer until we entered Earl B Feiden Appliance in Kingston. Richard S went right to his computer, did a search, and found exactly what we were looking for. He followed up with a phone call to let us know when it would be delivered. Barry and Alex, a great team, delivered and set up our new refrigerator. They were personable, professional, and efficient in removing our old refrigerator and setting up our new one. They took great care in protecting our doorways, walls, and floor. We will definitely shop at Earl B Feiden Appliance in the future.

I called Feiden to service my Samsung fridge which was dripping water. This fridge was in my house when I moved here last year, but the date of purchase and warranty status was available to Feiden when I provided the serial number. Feiden said my fridge was shot (compressor) and it would be $1000 to $3000 to repair (similar to price of new fridge). I called Samsung. They said the serial number indicated that my fridge was under warranty. Um, hello? Feiden’s, are you trying to rip me off? Single woman over 70?
My boyfriend was so outraged that he called to protest. Feiden’s offered a discount of $55 off a new fridge if I buy it from them. But if I think you’re ripping me off, why would I spend thousands of dollars at your store?

We have used Earl B. Feiden twice-once for a repair to our Thermidor refrigerator ice maker two years ago, and most recently for the purchase of a stacked Electrolux washer/dryer. Both experiences have been excellent. The company is extremely service oriented: our sales representative, Ron Naccarato was extremely helpful and patient in helping us sort out which units were the best for us and worked with us all during the delivery and installation process. The Feiden techs, Tobias and Alex, who installed the units were competent and skilled and careful not to damage our flooring or to scratch any of our custom built wood doors that were built to conceal the units in a very tight space. Justin who came back a few days later to reverse the dryer door for better access was equally skilled and knowledgeable and did his job quickly. We are particularly impressed that although we live over an hour away from the Feiden Kingston store they always provide very prompt service. Both our experiences with them have been excellent. We will use them again in the future and will recommend them to our friends.

This is a great place to get appliances, where the prices aren't more than you might find at a big box retailer. That being said the reason to come here is the service level is much higher.

We had very specific dimensions for the refrigerator and they found a model that suited both those requirements as well as our desire for certain finish/look and internal setup.

Delivery was by Harry and Anthony, who also hauled away our old 'fridge. They used straps instead of an appliance dolly to save our floors and navigate our challenging stairs/doorways and narrow turns like the professionals they are. A very delicate dance that they performed very well. Both Harry and Anthony were very careful with the setup as well, leaving all spaces clean and the new fridge in place with no hand prints of any kind.

I would buy from here again with confidence that the process will go smoothly and in good order.

We were having trouble with our double bottom oven. Victor was wonderful in helping us. He was very friendly and informative. My two toddlers enjoyed his company and would just stare at him while he worked! They were fascinated. He engaged with them as they asked him (many) questions. He was very kind to them and would even tell them jokes. They thought he was hilarious!

We purchased a new fridge from Feiden's in Kingston and we could not be more pleased with the professionalism, efficiency, and competence of the entire staff, including/especially Anthony & Harry, who put the monster in its place and hooked it all up for us. It is functioning as expected and we are very happy. From the sales staff, to Jennifer who scheduled our delivery, to the delivery itself, the process went along perfectly. We would absolutely buy here again - the price was in line with the big stores. Local is the way to go! Thank you all!

Getting 2 new appliances was not the plan this year, but Feidens made it easier. And Harris & Thomas took extra care in delivering my beautiful new fridge. Waited a decade plus to finally get the one I wanted, and I'm very happy with this new LG and all the staff assistance with our purchases.
