This place is a heaven even in covid times. Not only it feels safe to go there but everyone who works there is so kind and friendly and you literally feel so relaxed already as you step in. So far I have had two massages there. One was with Anna (holistic massage) and the other was with Cynthia (deep tissue) and I loved both! They definitely have the right knowledge, they are so friendly and have positive energy. My husband had a massage with Lala and he was also very pleased. We will definitely be back again. So pleased to have this place in our neighbour hood.

Wow! This was the best massage I’ve had in a long time. Cynthia wasn’t just going through a routine. I could tell she was adjusting the massage to my tight spots and knots, and of course, preferences. It was the perfect amount of pressure too. I left feeling so relaxed and alleviated. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended.

Cynthia was absolutely incredible. She was so friendly, warm, and intuitive. I could not have asked for a better therapist. My massage was FANTASTIC and I left feeling the most relaxed I have in a very long time. I really can’t thank her enough for her time and care. I will be recommending her services to everyone I know! My labor prep massage was just fantastic. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the services offered.

I used to get a massage every two weeks, pre-COVID, and had been missing that part of my self-care routine. I decided to treat myself for my birthday and I could not have been more happy with my decision! Chelsea was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I told her I wanted a very relaxing massage to destress and she knew exactly the amount of pressure to apply. It was easily the best massage I've gotten and will continue to go back.

I cannot recommend Earth and Sky enough. I've been to several acupuncturists over the years, and this was by far my best experience. I saw Kenna for acupuncture to address anxiety and digestive problems and felt relaxed and rejuvenated even after just one session. The space itself is extremely calming and homey – you feel relaxed and tranquil just walking in the door. Everything from the music to the lighting to the room temperature is perfect. Kenna is extremely knowledgable and communicates what she's doing every step of the treatment, checking in to see how you are feeling but setting up a peaceful and quiet environment to encourage you to relax. She intuitively understands how you are feeling and does all the right things to make you feel comfortable. She has a very positive, healing energy and instantly makes you feel like you are safe and in good hands. She also has a very special touch! Her hands have magic powers. I can't wait to come back for another treatment, and I also plan to try a massage with Cynthia (which I've also heard amazing things about). Thank you Kenna, and Earth + Sky!

I had been dealing with a lot of health stuff prior to my first visit to Earth and Sky Healing Arts but even after one session, I felt renewed! Kenna has a very professional manner, has a heightened ability to thoroughly identify ailments, is thoughtful about her approach, curates healing specifically to that session, and walks you through her process as she goes. I’ve had 3 really excellent sessions already and I highly recommend both Kenna and Earth and Sky Healing Arts if you are looking for a good therapeutic acupuncturist in the tri-state area.

Worth the trip every time! I have seen Cynthia for numerous aches and pains due to my intensive gym trainings and I always look forward to my next massage. Cynthia takes her time to explain what she’s doing during the sessions and makes me feel comfortable even if she’s torturing my stubborn muscles lol. As an athlete I need someone with strong hands and knowledgeable of where to apply pressure. No cheap 20 minute massages work for me so needless to say Cynthia is my go to girl. My girlfriend and I are blessed to have found her through our strongman/ woman community. We highly recommend any athletes in the tristate area to check out Cynthia at Earth and Sky Healing Arts!

I had an awesome experience. Simone was my massage therapist. I felt so healed. She is a great healer. I had the mayan abdominal massage.

I had Anna as my therapist. I got a prenatal massage. Anna was very informative, caring and great. She applied pressure in all the correct places. I had a great prenatal massage, as of the second day, I don't have back pains, as she removed the tension from where it was hurting. I would definitely recommend Anna and see her again.

Great Prenatal Massage with Cynthia! She really cared about taking great care of me and was sooo good at feeling out all the spots of tension! She was also a delight! I always feel so bad having someone putting laborious work into my comfort while I chill, but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed!

Colleen is AMAZING! The whole place was nice, clean, and relaxing. I had a great deep tissue massage from Colleen and feel like a whole new person! Thank you to all the staff for being so kind, personal, and friendly:)

I seriously can’t recommend Carrie to enough people. I’ve gone a few times now both prenatal and postpartum for help with lower back, neck and chest issues resulting from having all my children. She is so knowledgeable, a real healing spirit and the results are amazing. I also go to excellent manual physical therapy and the deep work she does rivals most therapists I’ve ever worked with. I’m so grateful to have found her.
