I called as a new patient and they got me in the next day. It had been a couple of years since I’ve made it to a dentist and Mary made me feel at ease and was patient with my anxiety. She also assured me that everything was looking okay as she was taking X-rays and cleaning my teeth. I really appreciated her communication and patience. Dr. Aaron supported my overall goal of cosmetic dentistry and it’s given me a lot more hope to have a confident smile.

The receptionists were also super nice. If you’re looking for a dentist I highly recommend going here!

Dr. Doi provided me with a temporary and then a permanent crown. Both procedures were seamless and pain free. Crown fits perfectly and no additional adjustments were needed.

Dr. Hillman is wonderful! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years and definitely had some anxiety about going back. The staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful and gentle. Truly felt like no big deal, and I am so relieved!

I had 4 teeth bonded while on maternity leave. Not only did they do a truly beautiful job but they helped me with my fussy baby while I was in the chair. The level of service is above and beyond every time. The whole staff is friendly and efficient, and I can honestly say I love going to my dentist.

Everyone I talked to was very nice and caring. Also, the place is very clean. The type of place you want to go to be taken care of.

East Ave Dentistry and their staff are excellent. For someone who HATES dentists (nothing personal) they eased all my fears and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Very knowledgeable and amazing at their jobs. Highly recommend.

My experience with my hygienist Michele and Doctor Resin was great. The problem I had was that I did miss a few appointments from April 2022- until Oct 2022. And they cancelled one of them. I was charged a $40 fee without any explanation. I had surgery in April that was very difficult. And I have been out of work with serious health problems since early September. If they didn’t continuously call and make u set up appointments that you didn’t know if you could keep cuz u were very sick and limited, tho they insisted that if you couldn’t make it, you could just cancel. I feel that they should’ve waited until I reached out to them and until I was healthy enough to make an appointment. I’m not stating that they just reached out a couple times. It’s weekly where they almost guilt you into making appointments. I almost feel that I need to find a new dentist now. It just left me with a very bad vibe today. It wasn’t like I was calling them and making appointments and not showing up.

Have been a patient for many years. Always a positive experience there. Staff and doctors are friendly and do good work. If you are looking for a new dentist, give them a try.

Nadine is very thorough, personable & professional hygienist. Very competent & my teeth definitely got a "thorough scrub" A keeper for sure!

Our family has been with this practice for about 8 years now. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. You feel welcomed from the moment you step into the door. And you always feel like the only client in the building. I'm not sure how they manage to be so catering within such a booming practice. Although, they have a large clientele, it never feels as busy as it is. My four daughters used to see Dr. Keck (recently left practice) and now see Dr. Jake. Both dentist are so amazing with children. I feel like I learn something new each time I go to an appointment whether for myself or the children. The adults are informative and open to answering any questions. Each procedure and process is thoroughly explained. They find inventive ways to assist with billing for those more expensive procedures. I never feel pressured to have work done on our mouths. It's definitely a patient-focused practice. We have no plans on ever leaving this practice.

Dr Hillman and her assistant April are wonderful at 4-handed dentistry. They work as one, and always make sure that I am comfortable during procedures.

I recently had work done and received excellent quality and personable care from Dr. Rosen and through the services of Dental Assistant Denisha.

There's a good vibe here. I've had three dentists and three hygienists- all outstanding. The receptionists at the front counter make eye contact and respond as if you're another human being, not simply blank spaces to fill in their day. What's not to like?

The staff here is always so friendly and welcoming, it’s great. We took both of my kids and even though they were pretty hesitant of the whole deal, they both did really well. The hygienist and Dr. Jake were great with the kids!

My initial visit to East Avenue Dentistry was the best dental experience I've ever had. Before my appointment, I had to speak to receptionists several times for various reasons, and every conversation was gracious, friendly and helpful. When I arrived I was treated extremely well from the moment I walked in the door. The hygienist was absolutely lovely; she familiarized herself with my chart and my new patient paperwork, understood that I have a fear of the dentist and made a tremendous effort to make me comfortable and at ease. When the doctor came in and examined my mouth, she too was extremely careful and gentle. She addressed my specific concerns, asked me questions about what I needed and listened to my responses. It's worth repeating, this is the best dentist experience I've ever had. I am (almost) looking forward to going back.

Always the best experience with kind staff and beautiful building. I'm self-pay and the fees are more than reasonable plus if you are in interested they have plans available. Thank you Dr. Aaron and Team!
