I would give zero if i could. I dont believe in having to pay twice for the same information. I wanted to buy my daughter a backup pair of glasses online for which i needed her current prescription. (Her expensive glasses broke and she couldn’t see). I requested the prescription over the phone and all info that i would require. After all i did buy the original pair of glasses from East Ave Vision Center. They sent me everything but the pupillary distance which i need and they definitely have from the first purchase in her file. So i called and was informed that i would have to pay $50 more for it. (This is apparently company policy). Seems shady and thats a definite loss of business going forward. Horrible customer service.

Ray was the best at finding the perfect frames I love.
The staff was kind and my Doctor the best. I recommend them.
