I've been working in the medical field since 1998, I'm proud to say that in all my years in the medical field and also my experience with several orthopedic doctor that treated me in the past will never mount up to the experience that I've received from East Coast Bone and joint. I'm honestly giving Dr Thompson's practice and staff the five star

Stay far away from this place. One of the worst offices to go as a patient. Staff lacks customer service and being respectful to patients coming in and out. Some even go the extent to prove a point then rather helping you. Doctor does not help but rather makes problems worse. Save yourself the headache.

Dr. Thompson is very wonderful. He listens and provides excellent care. My surgery was a success and I felt safe. I highly recommend him.

Love dr Thompson he repaired my ACL and slowly but surely getting my knee back to how it was before the accident. Much love

Dr. Sean Thompson is a phenomenal surgeon. He performed a total knee replacement on my left knee on July 11th, 2022. It has been a little over 2 months now and I’m walking without a cane. I have occasional pain and swelling, which is to be expected after such a short time. I would highly recommend Dr. Sean Thompson if you need a knee replacement.

Very professional staff. Dr. Thompson himself cool guy knowledgeable shows concern and got my shoulder back to new.

Dr. Thompson and all his staff are amazing! Very professional! You never wait long to be seen, they are very helpful and always a great experience when visiting the office.

This was my first experience. I have never been to an Orthopedic doctor, but after my surgery the kindness, I received was truly appreciated. I will recommend East Coast to anyone that needs any type of joint surgery.

This is a placed I highly recommend. Dr Thompson is straight forward to the point without no excuses. You can ask questions he will answer to the best of his ability which is good. He doesn’t pressure nor rush you into any procedure, which is a plus. There is no real long wait time to see him which is great and the staff is awesome. The call back and follow up is great that they do. Professional and attentive attitude which always works. The place is kept clean with Covid-19 still around. Thank You

When I first met Dr. Thompson it was by an unexpected visit at another office. As he examined me he was forward, truthful and extremely knowledgeable. He’s is exactly what a doctor is supposed to be with impeccable bedside manner. And a Rock star surgeon. I was very fortunate he crossed my path.

Dr. Sean Thompson and his Team are always very welcoming. They spend great time in finding the root of the pain to make the best diagnosis.

I went to this doctor because of a left shoulder injury. I need physical therapy because my arm is still weak. I use to be able to pick up 50 lbs now I can only lift 10lbs and was told to go back to work. I tried to make an appointment but the medical assistant told me I was discharged and referred to pain management where they will continue giving me my physical therapy requests. I can’t go back to work my neck and my back prevents me from returning to go to work. I told the doctor my arm goes numb and I need gabapentin. I wasn’t given any! So I had to to go to the emergency room for it.
In order for me to receive physical therapy the medical assistant would have to do an prior authorization. Which she probably don’t have the time for obviously to miss schedule my appointment. Oh well I was referred somewhere else so at least I wasn’t abandoned as a patient.

I was super nervous at first. But Dr. Thompson will relax you. He is very caring. And he gets the job done. His staff are so great.especially Kelly, I love her.kudos to Dr. Thompson and his team.they are the best. I highly recommend.
