In February 2021 we contracted with East End Spa & Sauna (Bud) for the construction and install of a sauna room. This was a difficult period for procuring construction materials and equipment. I am in the wholesale plumbing supply industry and very much aware of the shortages and lead times. East End Spa continually communicated with me as to the material and equipment lead times. While waiting out these lead times, construction and framing of the area commenced so as to be prepared for install.
When the sauna wood and heaters arrived, install was timely and
professionally detailed, including hand cut woods. Bud supervised all aspects and was on site for start up. Prompt call backs and quick response for minor adjustments. We continue to relax in our sauna on a daily basis.

The worst company. Do not do business with them. They never delivered our item and never returned phone calls. He is terrible.

Not recommended for building a wine unit! They sold me a lemon (term used by their own repair tech) cooling unit and then won’t even be bothered to fix or replace, even though under warranty. Bud is non responsive and leaves your place a mess after any work. Stay away.

Unfortunately, we had the same experience described in past negative reviews.
Payed deposit and now unable to get ahold of the owner of this business. Bud’s behavior is reprehensible and cowardly. Really regret not researching reviews prior signing up with him.

Beware of Bud the owner of East End Spas I paid $15k for a hot tub and it hasn't worked properly since day 1. I called Bud at least 15 times and all he does is lies and makes excuses and blames covid for all his problems. He was a smooth talker when I was in the buying process and once he was paid he has completely ghosted me and want return any phone calls. Buyer beware.

They have become unreliable over the past couple of years. They are never on time for anything and you have to constantly chase them. Frustrating to deal with.

I hired this company to build a sauna for my client. Six months later, after one pathetic excuse and lie after another, it’s sitting half done with their equipment and parts all over the floor. The owner, Bud, is completely non responsive. The workmanship is terrible. The absolute worst experience I’ve had as a design professional in 40 years.

My experience had been a positive one all the way. I want to thank personally Bud for helping me with my Spa. His service guys have been very helpful every time I call with a question or concerns the answer with a smile.

In September 2018 we gave a deposit as requested on a sauna. We told the owner, Bud, in January that we would be ready around June. At that time he was somewhat responsive, however by July he became less available. Finally, in August, he promised he would start on sept 4th and if not he would call. The 4th came and went without any communication from him. Now, after repeated calls, texts and visits to his office
by myself and my contractor, the owner simply refuses to respond. He has not empowered his office manager to deal with our concerns, so we (and our advance deposit) are left completely hanging. I have never posted a review of any company on the web before, but this time feel compelled to do so because of the outrageous behavior of this owner - particularly due to his complete unwillingness to talk the situation through even as he sits on our deposit.
