The dentist and staff were very understanding of my special needs. Overall, the experience was very satisfying.

Amazing place. I had to get a root canal done. I started the process 2x at this point. When I got to East Hills, I let them know about my experience and my specialist reassured me she was going to take care of me and she did. She kept her promise. She explained the whole process I felt little to no pain and I was out of there in 25 minutes. She made me feel at ease. I can’t thank her enough.

Treatment was excellent.
Procedure was explained in detail. Office staff was extremely efficient. Everything explained in detail.

Excellent staff, top notch doctors. I had a root canal done and it was as easy as a regular filling. Dr Gascoigne is not only an excellent endodontist, but compassionate and pays attention to what you have to say.

East hills is the best dental facility on Long Island The whole staff, from reception to assistants to the amazingly skilled dentists are amazing. I’ve had two root canal’s performed by Dr Gascogne without any problems or pain. Very professional and extremely lovely people make a usual dreadful experience actually tolerable. Highly recommend this practice!

I was very impressed with the care of the dental assistant who worked diligently in taking x-rays, explaining the procedures and assisting the dentist in the procedure.

Dr. Silverberg was amazing in saving my tooth and providing canals throughout my gums to alleviate the pain and removing the infections. I could not express my gratitude for the attention to detail and care she provided.

What a wonderful experience! Dr. Gascoigne identifying which tooth was causing me pain and treated it right away! Dr. Gascoigne was very comforting and confident in what she was doing and Dr. Gascoigne and her team did amazing! Had pain the next day really bad and was a weekend at night so I called the office and Dr. Gascoigne took time out of her day/night to call me back within 15 min to address my pain. Thank you Dr. Gascoigne! I will recommend Dr. Gascoigne to everyone!

Excellent care and attention and very professional. The patient is made comfortable and put at ease. Root canal procedure was totally painless and post procedure is minor discomfort. I had gas, music of my choice through headphones and three pretty woman working on me. It was ok. Looking forward to my next procedure.

I wish I could give this practice 10 stars! From the moment you walk in you are always greeted with happy smiles and warm welcomes. It’s not always easy knowing you have to get a root canal but Dr. Gascoigne was beyond excellent. She not only had a machine to take a 3D scan of my tooth, but was able to explain to me the risk and benefits of saving it! Absolutely painless! Love her and especially Antoinette who got me in asap!

My experience with this office has not been a good one. Dr. Gascoigne might be a great physician from what I am hearing, however her administrative staff including her office manager Antoinette needs some reshaping. I have never heard of a practice or facility to wait until the patient arrives at their appointment to let them know they are not in-network or that their financial responsibility will have to be paid upfront in order to receive the services. Patients make arrangements to have a procedure/office visit that has been scheduled for over 1 month, it is the office responsibility to let patients know if their plan is in or out of network and what their responsibility will be before their visit. It is called communication. For a office manger to say "we don't go over financial information with the patient unless they ask" is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. If a policy within the office has changed, it is the office responsibility to communicate with the patient so they are not wasting their time. We all know dental insurance is not the best and you have an idea that you will be responsible for something, but to tell a patient the day of their appointment that they will have to pay $1,500-$1,800 upfront is unacceptable. To waste someone's time is beyond upsetting. I would never recommend this practice to anyone and I hope in the future this does not continue to happen or that office will lose a lot of patients.

Son needed emergency root canals. They squeezed him in and were very patient and compassionate when my son got nervous about the procedure. Great office!

East Hills Endodontics is the place to seek out professional help concerning dental problems. I recently had a complicated root canal Dr Silverberg has been addressing. Being very nervous I had no idea what I would be facing, everyone in the office put me at ease. Post surgical has not been an issue concerning pain etc.
I honestly recommend them.
