Horrible and I didn't even get to a therapist. It took them 8 business days to verify my insurance and I had to go to the office as they couldn't be bothered to call me. They then scheduled a telehealth appointment without bothering to ask me if that was what I wanted. I feel they do NOT care about people only money. It's hard enough to reach out without being treated as a nobody. I hope these uncaring people need help someday and get treated as badly as they treat people. What goes around comes around.

Dr. Rochman is hands down my FAVORITE doctor!

I have had an excellent experience with EOPA. The staff is compassionate and extremely helpful. Dr. Rochman has all the qualities of a world class doctor! It’s rare to find a doctor who is extremely professional and knowledgeable while also adding a personal touch that makes you feel like you are talking to a friend.

If you have any sort of serious mental problems I would recommend somewhere else. I couldn't fit my entire history in the couple lines on the form so he got mad and said I didn't tell him the truth and refused to give me my medication that causes serious withdrawal and psychological problems that I was hospitalized for days prior. They constantly push back appointments and don't mention payment problems until last minute causing me to lose my job. This guy gets mad when you don't think amphetamines are right for you.
If that's what you want, then it's a great place to say a couple words and walk out with a script for speed.

Hands down the best doctor ive ever had. Been with him 6 years and hes incredibly attentive and caring.

My first appointment the therapist showed up 15 minutes late. It was ok. Was told I couldn’t see doctor until after several therapy sessions. Was hugely upset. I had previously been on medication, and knew it was something I needed to be on. I let a lapse in visits go. Called to schedule appointment three times, basically begging for help. No return call. One week later told they could no longer see me and to go to hospital. Unbelievably irresponsible. Turning away someone asking for help.
