Just got an awesome used truck for such a good deal. Sales woman Gina was fantastic sending me pictures and videos of everything I requested. Truck was 100% like she said it was. Also dealership was couple hours from me and they brought truck halfway to me! Definitely recommend them and will use them in future! Also finance department was fantastic and made it such a smooth process getting truck!

BE WARNED, if you are selling your car do the following: 1. Do not give them what you are looking to get for the car, let them tell you how much they are willing to pay then negotiate. 2 DO NOT mention that you are planning on getting a new car heres why. I went in to sell my car waited an hour from what the appointment set time was not big deal. I told the salesman looking to get such and such amount and looking to getting into a new car soon but not now. Mind you I did my research on their own website that shows roughly how much dealership would give you. After another 30 minutes salesman comes back and says we can put your car towards the new car and will hold its value once you come back for new car blablabla. I say no looking just to sell. Comes back and says my sales manager is going to look at the car one last time. 15 minutes later comes back with the up most nonsense offer. Somehow their sales manager found thousands upon thousands of repairs? Mind you car had no check engine light and I drove the car to the dealership 20 minutes away going on the highway no issues. Upset I say something about the afford, this is where you know they are trying to stiff you as the salesman says if you trade it in for a new car i’m sure my manager can get more for it. So basically you are telling me we give you a better offer if you put it towards new car. Sales Manager (deserves 0 stars if possible) comes over and says it’s based off the vin number of the vehicle. Car has no accident and 1st off vin number does not change the year, make or model so whatever their website was showing was incorrect and the Sales Manager was trying ti take advantage. They basically tried to do anything in their power to get me to trade in the car rather than selling it. Safe to say I will not be going to this location to get my new vehicle, sucks because the first time around it went so soft and was not expected to get stiffed second time around.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I phoned this location to get a service appointment for my vehicle. Apparently, the calls goes to a voicemail call center. When I did get a call back, they had to have someone in their office call the actual location to see about a loaner vehicle for me and they would call me back to let me know. Today is Friday and still no call back since Monday. Thank goodness I did not wait for that call back. Pretty sure service and repair is where you make your money. Needless to say, I will never go back to your dealership. Much better service when it was East Syracuse Chevrolet.

My last experience with the collision center was horrible. I took my car to them to repair damage from an accident. I got my car back with no AC, and other issues. My blinker was flashing fast as well. They told me I needed to get a new bulk. When changing the bulb I was informed the wires weren’t even plugged in. I took it back and they fixed that, but I’m still w/o AC. I’ve been calling w/ no return calls from anyone… even the GM. Do not go there to have your car fixed!

Very considerate and easy to do business with. Zack and Jim handled my car maintenance and what I thought would be worst case scenario, ended up being best case after an awful experience at another dealership. West Herr in East Syracuse gained a new customer for purchasing and service.

I just needed an inspection and oil change this visit. Ashley was great and the process was quick, easy and pleasurable.

I was greeted and quickly taken care of. I was offered a ride, but since I live north of Watertown, I declined. I planned on a full day of waiting, my vehicle was ready in 3 hours. Very comfortable waiting area with coffee and water. Professional and kind workers! Thank you.

Very knowledgeable our salesman was Dante. He understood what we liked an went out of his way to find it. I would buy another one from him again. Everyone was great there. Smiling faces an everyone asking to help you if you needed it.
