Best car service around I have been using Eastland for 20 years best car service around when they say 5 minutes they mean

I called Eastland for a 6 am pickup the night before a trip. They confirmed. At 6 am there was no car. When I called they said they had no pickup and that my area was too far — despite having picked me up from my area before. DO NOT USE.

This car service is horrible. They tell you that they’re coming and leave you stranded for minutes! They’re never on time as well. If they say they’re coming in 5minutes, your 5minutes will turn into an hour. They cannot keep track of their customers either. When you call back because your cab hasn’t come they always say you never requested one. Horrible car service and horrible dispatch!

Very disrespectful they ignore peoples call then when you do get in contact they give attitude especially the B! Tch @ss men that work there they take so long jus to get to your house I would not recommend at all

Horrible service I don’t know who’s in charge now but they are irresponsible now used them all the time now it’s a problem getting a cab and they don’t even care if a car actually comes or not! They make you wait outside instead of calling you to inform you the car will be late! It’s really annoying at this point!

After using their services almost every morning, I had to stop. The dispatches are rude, ignorant, lying to you about ETA. Called to check in where the driver was after the estimated waiting time had passed long before, I was put on hold for another 5 min and I had to call back after not getting ahold of anyone, but dispatch deliberately didn’t pick up my several calls. Driver called me to notify he arrived after 40 minutes! I ended up calling another car service. I was late to work because of Eastland several times. Horrible service.

A company that leaves normal customers stranded for 15 mins until a cab arrives if you live in a low income housing complex this isn’t right
