EastVille Comedy Club reviews
16 JJ Liberman and Brian Scolaro were absolutely on fire when I went here this week. Between the room being 5000 degrees and the 2 of them making me cry laughing, I was basically soaked head to toe.
Please invest in ventilation for that room. Anyways that was one hell of a show.
Wonderful comedy club that surprisingly brings in well known names. I enjoyed my experience. The stage could be raised up a little though
A real hit or miss. Been here about 5 times, some are funny shows, some are boring and miserable which I catch myself daydreaming and thinking about which bills I have to pay next. Comics are amateur at best. I would say if you need a desperate place for comedy, come here. Average
Great venue for Comedy. Dark room, close quarters. Bar outside and table service. Dark room with a bright stage with a subway city backdrop that embodies NYC. Loud and sufficient sound. Great place for a laugh in busy Brooklyn, steps from the Barklay, and almost all major subway lines. I've performed there myself and love this venue.
Drink prices on the menu/QR code DO NOT reflect the actual price of your order. ALWAYS ASK THE PRICE BEFORE THEY POUR!
Had a great time last night with a few family members. The comics were mostly superb (except for one) and the venue was nice. The only thing missing was more people! Hope to come again when there's a full house.
I really had an amazing time. Couldn’t stop laughing. Shoutout to the Friday evening 5: 30pm. Best show i experience so far
Very spacious club, variety of drinks and snacks (no minimal order), friendly staff and good service.
The lineup was average.
I would still check it out again
Scammin. We didn't notice the overcharge til later. $50 for two cans. Slow/forgetful service as well. Funny open mic though
I really wanted to like this place, but it blows. Bar feels like a bunch of kids selling beer they found in their fridge.
Came for an 80s/90s dance party. There is no dancing and A LOT of homophobia. Lies. I was lied to.
Comedians fine but not great - to be expected at a comedy competition. The one star is for the bartender who bartended june 18,2022. Absolutely terrible, rude person and completely wrong drink orders to boot. Never again.
The comedians were funny but it took a really long time for the server to take our drink order even though we were one of the first tables seated. People that were seated after us were served before us (not sure if it was because we were wearing masks or what). Also, the server said that the beer menu wasn't updated and she didn't seem to know what beers they had.
Soooo rude to new performers…repeatedly. They have an “in” club so don’t even think about it! Lol. Will never return.
MC was very unfunny. Headliner also not funny. Drinks expensive, service slow. I will not be back.
I frequent here for the hilarious comedy shows. Every show is unique and never have they failed have to disappoint me
