Front desk was Incredibly fast to pick up the phone and schedule an appointment. The entire process was quick and easy and felt very homey. Would definitely recommend it. Oh! And the doctor was hospitable and kind!

Haven't been here since February this year to get a crown, the receptionist gave me my total, I paid in full and now I am getting a bill in the mail 10 months later saying I actually owe almost a hundred dollars from said crown when I paid IN FULL? Scam artist dentist.

I am so happy with Eastwood Dental Office! Dr. Joan Laura is excellent in every way. I trust her completely to help make decisions about my dental care. With her help, i decided to go with an upper denture. The process was easy and inexpensive! I feel completely comfortable every time I go there. It's a judgment free zone. Make an appointment, you will be happy you did!

Worst dental experience ever. I do not recommend this place whatsoever if you’re looking for a thorough cleaning. All of these 5 star reviews have got to be fake. The front desk was very kind and welcoming but it was downhill after that. First of all the place is very outdated. Looks rundown. Probably hasn’t been renovated in a very long time. Then I waited 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment. The cleaning itself was incredibly subpar and felt lazy. Only lasted about 2 minutes.the hygienist didn’t give me goggles so I was sprayed in the eyes half the time she was polishing my teeth. She didn’t use any other tools to scrape or anything. She didn’t floss. It was so odd. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. The dentist then came in very briefly, and she forgot to look at the X-rays until the hygienist reminded her. She poked each tooth once and said “looks great see you in 6 months! ” My teeth are in fact not great, and I had to ask her to take a second look at a few teeth that I had already told them I was concerned about. She said “I saw those but I think we’ll look at them again next time”. I just moved here from out of state and my last dentist was worried about them and said I will likely need a filling soon but this dentist tried to run out of the room without saying anything. I will not be coming back. I’m very disappointed and feel like I got scammed.

Was a great dentist with a great future. Then they fired the only good employee for one who is barley competent and has been seen putting her hands on other staff and another who is a racist. It doesn't matter how good of a dentist you are if your staff is rude and has no idea what they are doing. Dr. Laura has lost touch with good dentistry and only cares about money. The whole place is a scam.

5 Stars! Everything about Eastwood Dental was great. Had excruciating tooth pain and needed an extraction. Was able to get in same day and had tooth pulled. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The procedure was completely painless! I 100% recommend for everyone!

I was extremely pleased with the services provided by Eastwood Dental Office. It was super easy to make an appointment - they were able to see me next day with a broken tooth. The front desk staff was warm and friendly. The dental hygienist did a great job. I have extreme anxiety when getting the Xrays and the staff was so kind and compassionate helping me get through the hardest part of the exam. Dr. Laura was wonderful - you really feel heard and are taken care of. I am very grateful I found Dr. Laura and her team for my dental care. I highly recommend them.

They make it seem like they take medicaid but they don't what a rip off this place is

EDIT: Dr. Laura spams everyone who ever visited her and she has fake reviews. I visited her once over four years ago and she still calls me asking to book a appointment. What a sorry piece of rubbish this place is. Stay far away from this con artist. Scam scam scam

I went here seeking a new dentist and to get my teeth cleaned. I am very disappointing with the cleaning that was done. The hygienist had a terrible bedside manor and did a poor job cleaning my teeth. She didn't even use floss afterwords! Stay away from this place if you are looking for a thorough cleaning and exam.
