I wish I could rate NEGATIVE stars. Didn’t even stay here and the WORST experience ever. My boyfriend got in a bad accident on the highway and totalled his car. The temperature is freezing outside, so the tow truck driver was nice enough to drop him off at the closest hotel. He goes in to rent a room at 5am, willing to pay the price for the night considering, and he’s told there’s none available and he needs to leave. (even though the parking lot is empty). So he stayed in the doorway (as he was freezing from being outside with his car for so long, all he had was a sweater on, and oil on his hands and arms from the car) and called a cab as he was waiting (merely 10 minutes) the owner comes out and yells at him that he can’t be there and needs to leave, despite my boyfriend telling him he was in a bad wreck and just was waiting for a cab because they didn’t have any rooms - AND my boyfriend was BEYOND polite, because at this point I wouldn’t have been.

Drapes torn, blood stains on the wall, bathroom moldings were filthy, shower was filthy, traveling for work and won’t even be able to shower, cheap sleep and run, won’t be coming back they should be ashamed of their presentation

Had to clean the room myself and I paid about $20 over advertised price. Family checking in next to me had same complaint about their dirty room. Management allowed me to use Ecolab PINK stuff without providing gloves (if you are in the industry, you know about that chemical)
Management does not understand their LIABILITY - setting themselves up for a difficult time.

I genuinely wish I could leave zero stars. This place was a DUMP. Obviously when the cost of the room is inexpensive you don’t expect anything crazy, but some sort of cleanliness would’ve been nice. The walls, carpet, bathrooms, towel rack, mirrors were all disgusting. The manager, Andy, was an absolute joke of a person. Refused to give us any sort of service including towels or clean sheets for a 3 day stay. Breakfast (advertised and hours on the wall) was NOT included. He said it was seasonal. Andy had an attitude since check in. If it weren’t for every other hotel in the area being booked we would’ve gotten a refund and went elsewhere. I definitely do not recommend this pitiful excuse of a hotel.

Entire building smelt of cigs. Poop was left in toilet from previous guest. Manager was not a nice person at all and would not provide a full refund. Terrible terrible experience, never stay here. Ever.

This is the most unpleasant hotel I've ever been at. Rooms are ancient, housekeeping is poor, internet throttles down streaming and gaming services.

Was charged a $100 deposit to my husband's card and then the manager took $100 in cash from me when I checked in and is only refunding the $100 to my husband's card. There were cob webs on our head board. The room was a non smoking room and smelled like cigarette smoke.

We only stayed one night but out of the dozens of places we recently stayed this was the best no bugs no roaches no noise from neighbors bed comfortable room clean bathroom clean close to our job we will be returning

Do Not Stay Here! Room isn’t cleaned well toilet was clogged and I had to fix myself with 2 garbage plungers that didn’t work so maintenance guy used snake and the a/c is way to loud! Furniture is worn and uncomfortable. Tried getting another room but was told all the a/c units are the same so if you want a quiet sleep this ain’t the place. Then the phone has silicone on it or something idk won’t be back!

Wow, we never even got to book a room. I called and was hung up on. I called back, and the man who answered was literally unintelligible. I couldn't understand a single word he said.

This place was disgustingly dirty. I asked for a non-smoking room and even though there was a sign on the door that said it was "non smoking" the room reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The outlets on the wall did not have plastic covers on them and the outlets provided via the lamps were literally impossible to plug anything into. The curtains were filthy and looked as if they hadn't been washed in years. The place was so gross that I actually checked the mattress and the outlets for signs of bedbugs. Finally the room was upcharged significantly for race weekend, I know a lot of hotels do this, but this place was absolutely NOT worth the money. The manager made sure to highlight there were "no refunds" before providing me my room key. Please don't waste your money or your health.

We stayed August 20 into just the 21st. 1st my girlfriend walked into her room and the bed was not made properly and there were cobwebs everywhere above the bed. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and there was no door jam therefore leaving a gap for bugs and anything else to get in. The latch did not work properly from the outside and lastly the pillow cases were all stained and one pillow had no pillowcase. This was room 102. Then my room had a broken shower handle and there was a bug and nasty junk in the shower that didn’t get cleaned. I was in room 103. My girlfriend had been charged a crazy amount because of race weekend and they refused to at least refund us some money but the management would not. Don’t ever book your stay here.

I would love to see the rooms some of the other reviewers recently stayed in, because my experience was so far below a 1 Star review. The wall paper was torn and/or stained in numerous places, stains on the ceiling, bathroom floor was dirty, and who knows the condition of the bedding. Econo Lodge is a no-frills brand but the room we stayed in was beyond that. It was race weekend so prices were high. We booked online and with tax paid about $165. A woman checking in ahead of me was quoted $250 a night. My recommendation is that if you’re in a position to either rent the room I stayed in or sleep in your car, choose the car. At least you’ll know where the dirt came from.

Great location, the staff is nice and helpful, but some of the outlets didn't work, there weren't enough towels, and the ceiling leaked in a spot.on the bottom floor.

I had no expectations of this hotel and they managed to be even worse than that. After I was informed (at the desk, MONTHS after making a reservation with a rollout) that they wouldn't provide me a rollout but Oh, you can still have 5 people on two beds, they didn't offer any type of concession for something that was CLEARLY on them and the Econo Lodge reservation system. They basically extorted a second room out of us and then, knowing we had 3 people in one room and 2 in the other, only gave us one key per room. Furthermore, the rooms were *not* in good condition, with large chunks of peeling wallpaper over water damaged drywall and open holes in the shower surround, front doors that were too small for the frame (gaps around the whole thing), and the *tiniest* pillows I've ever slept on. The TV remote didn't work, the breakfast was truly sad (the website shows a waffle maker), and I felt completely robbed by the end of my stay. We were told to blame COVID. I blame management.

Reasonably priced. Andy (Owner) at the front desk was great in helping two stuck pilots with a room.

One minor complaint is that the laundry machines are located in an inconvenient closet basically and the dryer was broken.
