Arrived when promised and completed the job. Unfortunately there was additional work that required additional parts. Since the part was a wearable item it probably should have been suggested when the original order was placed. The additional parts had to be ordered and the technician returned to install them.
Juan was very polite and explained the work that was going to be performed and when he was done he explained what was actually done.
The door now works perfectly.
Ed Monica will be my first call next time we need a door repaired and I would recommend them to others in need of service or repair.

Paul the Installer was awesome. He showed up on time and replaced the 4 broken hinges and the bottom rubber on my 10 year old garage door that I purchased from Ed Mojica. Very professional.

A spring on our garage door snapped during the New Year’s weekend. I reached out to Ed Mojica on Tuesday January 2,2024. It is Wednesday January 3,2024 and the broken spring is replaced and the garage door serviced. I have been a customer of Ed Mojica for over 10 years. My garage door won’t open! The tension spring broke, after over 17 years of use. I contacted Ed Mojica, explained the issue. Very friendly staff. Today Paul arrived to get me back in business.
