State farm is the worst insurance company, This company quality is really suffering. The staff are terrible, I originally left a positive review but after years of dealing with them the service has become terrible. Every year double is my car insurance, they don't take care of the issues, I recommend you look elsewhere for a broker. Sure they will get you a low rate to start but you will end up paying out twice as much in the long run.in order to gain business I believe agency should provide superior service, I personally didn't get that and wouldn't recommend them.
You better off taking your business elsewhere.
