I am a woman (Black American) who has been getting my hair cut from David's for over 17 years. A close, shaped cut that's tapered. He is the Best, I also would like to add that I moved from the City to Upstate N. Y.and still travel back for my haircuts from David.

I’ve been getting haircuts at Eddie’s for the past two years and the service has been impeccable every time. Abby is amazing and very consistent with delivering quality haircuts.

Called the shop around 515pm before they closed at 6pm on a Sunday evening and they told me they could do a walk-in. David (the owner) was super friendly. I was most impressed by how quickly he cut my hair while maintaining the quality of the cut. Overall great experience and plan to come back when I’m in the city.

Go see Abby! She has been my go to barber for years. She is a perfectionist, very talented, and a great human.

Good clean wonderful people they don’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish. But I needed a haircut they had a translator all in all the job got done little difficult to go back because of the language barrier if you speak Spanish you have no problem.

Got a standard haircut and I'm quite pleased. David listened to my requests, was quick and efficient and did an excellent job with the haircut. The place itself was clean and spacious with a nice atmosphere and lots of mirrors to see all angles of your haircut. Will definitely be returning, I've found my new local go-to barbershop in Eddie's!

David and his team are a considerate crew, dedicated to their profession, go out of their way to accommodate appointments, and always put a smile on your face. David is also a responsible small business owner who took care of his team during difficult COVID times, and he truly embodies the spirit of being a New Yorker!

I’ve back in New York City for about five years and haven’t been able to find a decent barbershop. Visiting my daughter in the upper Eastside of Manhattan I researched for a place in your her. Discovered Eddie’s online, made an appointment with David. The shop was clean and inviting, the service was prompt. David was attentive to my request, he was efficient and professional and provided the best haircut cut That I’ve had in five years. Would absolutely recommend Eddie’s and David in particular.
