I love this place. Family owned and operated. My go to for beautiful arrangements. Recently had one sent to a friend for their birthday and my friend cried! So beautiful and fair prices.

I ordered their designer choice hand tied bouquet for a dear friend's birthday. The arrangement and flowers far exceeded what I was expecting to show up that day.

Ordered a beautiful floral arrangement-Sweet November-and a few potted plants, from Edelweiss this past Monday, for my secretary's birthday. She absolutely LOVED everything! The presentation of all items was wonderful and made every bit of her gift look really festive, down to the three tiny plants in grower's pots, which were dressed up in pretty tissue wrap and presented as a set within a box that held them all. I do think the Sweet November piece was stunning if a touch overpriced. The assistants in the shop were really patient and seemed to enjoy their work, so my experience shopping was an entirely pleasant one. Thank you, all at Edelweiss, for making shopping for flowers a happy in-person experience once again!

The owner is always there, incredibly knowledgeable about plants, helps out his neighbors, and the store has a great selection. He let me know they do deliveries as well! Highly recommend

My husband and I just got married and had Edelweiss Floral Atelier do our wedding. WOW. They exceeded my wildest expectations and dreams. The room was perfection. The room was glowing with greenery. It was so romantic and beautiful. Everyone kept coming up to ask who our florist was. Working with Eka was a joy. She could not have been lovelier, nicer or more patient. She had this insane vision where she basically turned my wedding into something out of Vogue. I loved working with her and her staff and recommend this shop to everyone. She deserves a spreadsheet in a magazine with her artistic eye. BEST FLORIST EVER!

Working with Eka from Edelweiss Floral was one of the best vendors we selected for our wedding. She was quick to response throughout the entire process and great to work with from start to finish. We ran into a number of hiccups during our wedding planning process due to COVID and Eka and team were so helpful as we switched venues and had to redesign all of our floor arrangements. She made our vision come to life in creating a beautiful suspended ceiling arrangement and coordinating with a number of our other vendors to make it happen, all who equally sang her praises on how great she was to work with. Would 100% recommend Edelweiss for all of your floral needs!

My wedding was delayed for an hour because of this florist shop. I chose them because their reviews were stellular and because of the proximity to the hotel where we stayed to get ready for the hotel. I went to place my order for my flowers with full confidence that everything would go smoothly. Approximately two weeks prior I went to the shop in person, discussed what I needed with the florist, and paid for everything in full. That evening I then emailed her with a picture of the Cascading Bouquet I wanted as she asked. I called the Friday before my wedding which was in two days on Sunday afternoon to verify that the order was taken care of and would be delivered in a timely manner. She assured me that everything was under control, and my order would be delivered to my hotel on time. As I was putting on my wedding dress, I realized the flowers had not arrived. I immediately called the florist and the man who answered the phone could barely speak English. He was parroting what I said to him over and over. I became frustrated and alarmed and asked to speak to the Florist. She then got on the phone and asked me what my flowers looked like and what was my email. She was oblivious as to who I was which indicating there was no work order on the books for me that say. I was beyond stressed! It took 9 mins into the conversation for her to apologize. Her response was condescending and snippy. She then said to me, " I need to get off the phone because I need my hands to make them! I'm trying to help you. " Even after checking her paperwork and looking up my email, she kept getting the order wrong. She still had no idea of what she was supposed to be delivered to me. Not only had she fumbled the ball, but she lacked any remorse about it. This is 15 mins before I was to walk down the aisle!
I truly could not believe her attitude. This had to be the worst Customer Service I have received in my life! My Maid of Honor then took the phone to diffuse the situation, relayed what it was we needed, and asked how quickly she could have them done and delivered. At this point, I had no recourse as I had paid in full. Finally, after waiting in my hired car for a half-an-hour more than I had contracted, the flowers came. Yes, they were beautiful, but I did not get my Cascading bridal bouquet and all the boutonnieres fell apart during the wedding. Afterward, they did not reach out with any apologies, refund, or appeasement. My experience with them was mind-boggling and extremely disappointing. This shop has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I was left to wonder if I was the only person who has had this experience with them or are they removing their negative reviews?

I was in need of a last minute bouquet for an important special event and my friend suggested Edelweiss, as it came up on the search she did. As I was walking there, I thought to myself, 'maybe I don't really need flowers, I'm sure I can do without them. ' But then, I went inside and spoke to Paulina and he helped me find just the right flowers to make up into a bouquet. When I returned a short while later, what he had made left me with tears in my eyes. It was just so beautiful! Exactly what I needed - and I didn't even know what I needed. Thank you so much, Edelweiss, for your excellent service, and to Paulina, for sharing your gift with customers like me!

Ordered flowers online for local delivery and they were prompt and responsive. When there was an unexpected issues with the delivery (on my end), they went above and beyond to try and help me! Great customer service. (Flowers also beautiful:)

I was thrilled in every way with my first purchase at Edelweiss. The white-themed Christmas arrangement was a gorgeous, if somewhat smaller than what I'd call Medium-sized, arrangement that perfectly blended traditional and contemporary floral style. The flower quality was excellent and at optimum blossom, holding up nicely well past New Year's.
From phone order to pick up the staff was delightful and the shop itself is lovely. I will be back.

She guides me towards an Aloe Vera, so I can become a natural healer or something and a Snake Plant so I can hang it up without much sunlight.

Excellent service, call to ask for some flowers in particular that were not in season, and they had them, very good service by phone, very good service in person and a good price. I recommend it.

For our wedding, I used Edelweiss Floral Atelier and was thrilled to work with Eka. We had a small budget and I was surprised at the amount of flowers we had on our wedding day - I don’t know if that would have been possible had I chose to work with another florist in the area. Eka was very responsive and friendly to work with - her team set up / took down everything seamlessly. Additionally, since we live in the neighborhood, I’ve received their arrangements as thank you gift, which are beautiful as well!

Edelweiss is our favorite local flower shop and one of the first places we thought of. It was no coincidence that they were one of our venue’s preferred vendors!
Our wedding floral arrangement with Edelweiss was stunning! We worked closely with Eka throughout the process. We came in hoping to stick to a budget but still have beautiful, elegant flowers. Eka made recommendations for us yet was not pushy at all. We opted to forego centerpieces which was a cost saver since the venue had candles as alternatives for the tables. Instead we had budvases, my bridal bouquet, the groom boutonniere, flower girl baskets. I provided inspirational photos to Eka and she created exactly what I wanted. I was previously informed on which flowers were in season or readily available, or which one are too smelly causing adverse reactions in guests, and so on. Eka was truly the expert I could rely on to give spot-on recommendations.
The most important item for us was our wedding chuppah. We used two family heirloom tablecloths that were both more than 100 years old. We wanted to make sure that the material would not be damaged by being used in the chuppah. We wanted these precious possessions to be treated gently and delicately. Eka accomplished this and treated them as her own. At the end of our wedding ceremony, when the venue staff was not present to collect the tablecloths to return them to us that night, Edelweiss staff made sure to hold onto our valuable tablecloths so they could be returned safely to us the next day. They really went above and beyond.
Moreover, the flowers that were on the chuppah were exactly what I dreamed of. Overall, when I walked into the ceremony room, I was blown away by the beauty and the elegance of seeing the chuppah I had dreamed of. 5 stars for Edelweiss!

We could not be happier with our choice of Edelweiss for our wedding. Flowers were not our top priority budget-wise, but Eka worked with us to find choices that were appropriate for our space and budget. Outside of a bit of direction, she really ran with it. Result was beautiful. And she delivered to 3 different locations seamlessly. Would 100% recommend.
