Edgewood Resort & Conference, Alexandria Bay NY

Went here to eat at their Restaurant. The hotel is was decorated nicely. The waiters we nice. Food was great.

Located on the beautiful St Lawrence River, this resort is family friendly, beautiful and the service is great! Make sure to have the food there as the food is fantastic. The rooms are clean and give you a great view of the river with all its grandeur. This is a must stay, highly recommend.

We've been driving around for a while trying to find a nice place to stay nearby.
Google drew our attention to this hotel and we have no regrets. Although the car park seems deserted and the lady at the reception seems a little uninterested at first, after a few introductory words she wakes up and we get a fantastic room on the first floor with a view of the river. The room is spacious, very clean and has everything a tourist could wish for. Soft towels, a hair dryer and enough space. There is also a refrigerator and air conditioning. We are happy.

Sign outside says there's a buffet on Thursday. There isn't. But my dad is a d head, and they played along. Kudos to them, and thank you.

It was all right they were nice enough to give us a room for one night for a wedding being held on sight so we didn't have to drink and drive it was a good time

We have stayed here every summer for the past ten years. The cottages overlooking the bay have stunning views with direct access to the water. Close to town, yet far enough away that it feels private.

We had our group of 35 stay here. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Staff was great. Charles is the best. Very attentive. Was always around. Great views. Excellent food. Nice rooms. I cannot say enough about this place. We will be back.

Went there for dinner. Our first time there. Service was incredible. Food was delicious. Highly recommend the swordfish and risotto and clams and buccatini dinners.

Great place for R&R with exceptional grounds & views. Can't wait till next year.

Room 101 itself is just okay but you can't beat the view from the balcony. Positive: parking is steps away from the room, you can hear the water lapping the building, fishing right outside below the balcony, it's close enough to walk downtown but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Service was excellent, price is fair at about $200 a night including taxes. Downside: King bed didn't have a pillowtop so kinda hard, sliding glass door is very old and makes quite a racket operating, one large water facing window had a crack all the way down it covered with tape, and no microwave. Definitely will book again just for the peaceful spot & view.

Our Senior Center just spent a few days at the Edgewood. What a great experience. The Family Run facility took exceptional care of us old folks. Staff, especially Grandma, went out of their way to see to our every need. Food Great, service Great Facility Great. We loved it. Thanks everyone.

Absolutely beautiful location! Super clean rooms are very cute with a gorgeous view! Staff was extremely accommodating! Lots to see in the area within walking distance.
