Ordered from here for my mom on Valentine’s day, says my ordered was delivered and never received it. Tried calling for two days, no answer, voicemail full. Disappointed.

Ordered on line at Rockville Center location on Tuesday January 18th for delivery on Wednesday January 19th. Ordered in the AM. As of 6: 30 PM no delivery. Call the location only get recording that they are open till 7pm please leave voice mail. Go to voicemail and it is full. Terrible customer service and I will not order from edible again

So annoyed with this place! Placed an order for same delivery. Delivery didn't arrive until next day, no call, no text, no email to let me know order was going to be sent the next day! Why advertise for same day delivery if you can't do it? Package looked nice when it finally arrived and items were fresh but not worth it for that kind of service!

By far one of the worst experiences ever. I ordered an arragment on (10/13/21) for a dear freind who lost her husband on her birthday. So even tho it was a sad occasion, I wanted to remind her that it was still her day so she should enjoy her treats. I ordered the arrangement for same day delivery earlier that morning. Paid in full. Checked my V/M around 2: 45pm that afternoon, and had a message from the store saying that their driver had a flat tire and it will not be fixed antime soon and my order had to be delivered the next day. Then the message also said "and we will be closing early today" with no further explanation. According to posted store hours they were not supposed to close until 7: 00p. I called the store back shortly after I listened to the message literally before 3: 00pm and there was no answer the store was closed. I was very dissapointed and at that point I wanted to cancel the whole order. The order was finally delivered 24 hours later (not even first thing in the morning). I felt Iike I was treated like my order was nothing and not important. I will never order from this location again. I'll stick with the Garden City Location!

The worse experience ever. I ordered Fruit basket -get $10 off, also flowers bouquet and balloon for my kids Anniversary. Store deliver only fruit basket. When I called, first they can't found my order, after manager Syed finally found, when I asked him why not all items delivered, all what he said Everybody can make mistakes. No apology, sorry, nothing. I ask to return money for flowers and balloon, they did minus my $10, even I get money for fruits basket only. I called, email.no responded from anyone. Very very disappointed. Never again used this store.

I placed an order online about 3 weeks prior for Mother’s Day.the ugliest arrangement arrived
Paid over $100.00 and it was horrid, put together by their feet not their hands.
DONT WASTE YOUR $$$$$

I definitely want to give this place the benefit of the doubt, because I know COVID and staffing must be tough, especially on a holiday (Mother's Day). However, I went to the store 4 hours after my scheduled pick up time, after calling 5 times with no answer and no updates on the website, to see if my order was finally ready; they hadn't even started it (and I ordered this thing a week ago/not last minute). The store was a frenzy with people continuously cutting the line. My order was haphazardly thrown together once I got there. I normally don't mind paying the upcharge for their service, but $70 for something that was thrown together last second left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully they figure things out because I typically enjoy edible arrangements, but this was not a great experience.

Not happy with the fruit basket from this particular edible arrangement shop. I wish I listened to the reviews. I called them to let them know no chocolate on the fruit, & basket extremely small they said that’s how it comes.

I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars. I placed an order for same day delivery, paid the extra fee and the order never arrived. Went to the location and the people from the kitchen peeked thru the window at me for over 15 min before they came to the door. The girl that came to the door told me she didn’t know how to give a refund and couldn’t contact the manager. I highly warn against this location. Very unprofessional.

I waited all day call company twice and first it was leaving store 3-5 then it left at 6: 30 pm never received order. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away customer service is horrible

Don’t like this place. They don’t answer the phone either. I order something for Valentine’s Day since in the morning and 7 o clock night was ready that they called me. Told me it was going to be ready for 2 hours and nothing. This is ridiculous. Don’t recommend this place to no one.

Negative stars review - wish I could do that. I called for a week straight at different times throughout the day trying to confirm my order. No one ever answered the phone. I called customer service and they couldn't get through to the store, either. I cancelled the order and place it with another store. Rockville Center called me today, the day of delivery, to confirm delivery. They had no idea the order was cancelled. Unbelievable. Use another location. Stay away from this one. Customer service was very helpful.

This place, is VERY SLOW! ’ They tell you you order is ready, but when you go pick it up, its nowhere near done! I had to wait and extra 30mins after my pick up time

I ordered online from this location for my parents on Valentine's day. It got to their house fast, it looked amazing and it was a success! Thank you for allowing me to give my parents a little delicious gift even though I couldn't be with them today! I'll definitely order again!
