Unfortunately "0" was not an option. I'm 58 and this is my first review ever. I felt compelled to write it to ensure no one ever does business with this place. The manager is the absolute worst customer service person in the history of customer service. He is rude and unprofessional. We were trying to order a sympathy basket but shortly thereafter cancelled the order. The good news is you can call the store in Massapequa Park and they are wonderful.

I literally just called to ask what time they close. And the guy over the phone was so nasty. This was all prior to reading the reviews. I’m like gosh is he having a bad day? SMH people underestimate how important customer service is and it’s such a shame. I’m going to the westbury location instead.

Terrible customer service and delivery experience. I do not recommend purchasing a gift from here or even attempting to ask for assistance from them over the phone. Go elsewhere.

Chocolates were amazing but if they are going to give you left over flowera might as well say they dont have any more not over charge for only the stem && on top was being given the wrong item good thing i told my sister to double check honestly i didnt check the reviwes would have known shouldve droven further to get what i needed

Cancelled a sympathy basket order because they claim they don’t do timed deliveries, yet had no deliveries scheduled for the day. Left a message that they cancelled an order without actually speaking to the person, even though cell phone was also provided. When family called advising waiting for the order, did nothing to make it right. Support local Bellmore business that refuses business? You didn’t do the right thing here.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. SPECIFICALLY THE MANAGER THATS GOES BY THIS FAKE NAME FRED. HE DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMER IF THIS IS A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COMPANY WHY DOES HE WORK HERE? HE BELONGS IN A SENIOR HOME WHERE HE CAN BE GRUMPY AND RUDE ALL HE WANTS. HIGH DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

FRED ATTITUDE IS DISGUSTING! IT MADE ME SICK TO MY STOMACH AND RUINED MY SURPRISE TO MY FRIEND! HE CANCELED MY ORDER WHEN I WAS TRYING TO DO A PICK UP. HE HAD NO REASON WHEN I ASKED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE BECAUSE OF GRANDPA FRED! DO NOT GO HERE!

Customer service was horrible! The manager was very disrespectful and non customer friendly! He needs to be fired if he can’t provide a customer friendly space for every customer.

If I had to rate this place I would give them a 0. I called to inquiry about an item and the supposedly MANAGER was the most rude and unprofessional person! Why would they have someone like that work in a customer friendly place! You have the wrong job buddy! Worst worst worst manager and place! Do not not go!

Managers customer service is terrible. He was very rude on the phone! Didn’t have a good experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND any location besides this one.

THE MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Fred is the worst and attitude is disgusting. He canceled my order and now im left with nothing! I HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

If I could give this store a 0 star I would. Manager @Fred or whatever his real name is, since he wants to be called fred HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE. He does not need to be working there if he can’t fulfill good customer service. Maybe a senior home playing bingo would be better for his fat rude self. You shouldn’t have this type of job if your clown self cant give out good customer service. People like him give the company a bad look. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. GRANDPA WON’T GIVE YOU IT.

Was spoke to and treated disgustingly by the "manager". When i snipped back finally after being spoken to like a POS for 5 minutes, he responded with "you know what, ill just cancel and refund your order and that's it. " and he hung up. I called corporate to file a complaint and they were so apologetic and reassuring that this is not how they do business. I will post about my experience on every LI review Facebook page.

This was all because the delivery driver, or the manager, whoever tried to deliver, didn't knock on the door and instead of leaving the arrangement by the door like i requested (and another delivery was left there from edible arrangements (different location) just shortly before.

Oh and also continued to question whether it was really for my "wifes" birthday, like it would be so hard to believe that i have a wife instead of a husbands.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

I called to ask a simple question about my delivery. The man on the phone was EXTREMELY rude for literally no reason. Miserable person. I will never spend my money at this location again.
