Wow! Amazing service! And extremely courteous staff! I had placed an order over the phone at this location and they were so accommodating and patient! HUGE shoutout to Lydia who is diligent WONDERFUL!

I placed an order for my daughters birthday. Excellent customer service and she said everything was delicious! A perfect way to end her birthday weekend she said! Thank you for all you do! Will definitely order again!

Our Edible arrangement was awesome. The fruit was fresh and the mixture of colors was great.

My mom loves edible arrangements and I've purchased from the company for years. I used to buy from the Henrietta location and had great service everytime and then switched to the Chili location and had nothing but excellent service. I'm sad the Chili location closed because its just a couple of minutes from my house. My mom made it clear she wanted one for her bday this year and so I went back to the Henrietta location and the arrangement was beautiful! I ordered the hazelnut chocolate dipped bananas separately since they were not a part of the arrangement and they added them in without me making the request. I loved that! My mom was delighted as usual but this one was her favorite. I'm quite proud, haha. I am sad others haven't had the best experience (s) and I hope you will give them another chance because they have provided excellent service to me thus far.

I had a wonderful experience, especially talking with kristen (might be spelling it wrong, if so, i’m sorry!)! I had to change multiple things with my order (they weren’t easy changes, let me tell you!), and she was 110% understanding and kind about everything! I truly appreciated her helpful nature—she definitely made changing my order worryfree.thank you edible arrangements, and thank you kristen for being wonderful and having excellent customer service!: D

Second bad experience and corporate failed to provide customer service on such a small issue! Customer lost and will definitely let others know to avoid this horrible company!

Stopped in to kill a few minutes while waiting on a ride, they were extremely friendly, patient, and helpful.

It's an easy 1 star review here. Placed my order at 11am, and the putz I spoke with on the phone "assured me" the order would be delivered 5 miles down the road. With no notification of a delivery or not, I had to follow up. I advised them NOT to deliver to patient discharge at the hospital, and they did anyways, and the recipient missed her gift. She'll find it melted tomorrow. I'll be complaining to corporate for a full refund.
