The young spanish female upfront never acknowledged or greeted me. Someone from the back had to come up front to tell her to assist me. Then a Spanish guy walks in and she greets him and they start conversing. Worst customer service ever.

The items should have been placed in plastic to avoid getting wet. I’m disappointed that everything arrived wet. Please consider using a plastic cover to protect the merchandise.

Recently visited this location with my partner and they were awesome! The manager Sammy and his colleague were so nice and helpful to my partner and I. We literally had 20 minutes between our train intervals before we were scheduled to leave again. We placed our order in store and they were able to make it and prepare it for us in time to catch our train. They were so awesome that we came back 2 hours later and places another order for the same thing lol! The chocolate covered pineapples were sooo good! Great customer service! Thank you again!

This was not an “arrangement”. The fruit was just scattered around on an oversized take out platter. Fruit was tasty but the presentation was horrible.

My arrangement was made and delivered to my girlfriend on time love the location and the manager was such a great guy thank you guys made my night wonderful ️

I should have read the reviews to this location before placing an order. I placed an order yesterday, 06-05-2022 to be delivered on 06-06-2022 for my cousins birthday. I am in Florida which is the reason I couldn’t personally surprise her with it. I was called the day of, 06-06-2022 at 4: 44PM to inform me they ran out of the semi-sweet chocolate which only white chocolate was available. I choose the white chocolate because it was the only way it could be delivered the day it was placed. I was told delivery times are not guaranteed or promised which is totally understandable but I was told it would be delivered between the hours of 11AM - 7PM…. It is currently 8: 24PM.

And to top it all off. They got their $55.97 order while my cousin still hasn’t gotten a little gift gesture for her birthday.

Had a somewhat decent experience the 1st time.
My order was available and hour and a half after the set pickup time and part of my order was fulfilled with the items in stock instead of with what was portrayed and listed online.
I should've have quit while I was ahead because I tried them again the next week for a smaller order that ended up not being fulfilled, got a run around from the store regarding getting a cancellation/refund so that unfortunately left me no longer wanting to do business with Edible Arrangements.

Ordered two dozen chocolate covered strawberries for same day delivery. Spoke with the store directly before placing the order to make sure they would arrive by 3 pm. They arrived at 5 pm and half were still green and inedible. I have ordered many times in the past with no issue from stores in PA. While I think this particular location is the problem, I will be reluctant to order from any Edible Arrangements in the future.

So, I placed an order for my mothers birthday on May 3rd which not only did I never receive but the woman aka delivery driver called my cell phone (only one time) and when I called her directly back she claimed she was no longer in the area. Meanwhile, I’m a single mom of four so obviously I wasn’t able to hear the phone ring that once so why not call once more? ! Also what’s the point of asking for an apartment number if you’re not delivering it to my door? However, upon speaking to her she was extremely nasty, rude, and did not attempt to satisfy me on any level!

Moving forward, it’s three days later I personally had to reach out to them because no one reached out to me (the customer)!

This place never attempted a redelivery or process a refund and it’s been a full three days. Sounds like fraudulent activity if you’d ask me! Like how are you withholding funds from a customer who hasn’t received their purchase? ! Like what in the hellllllllllll!

I would never order anything from this place ever again! Worst customer service and unprofessionalism award!

Screams scam alert! Beware!

Edible Arrangement is now selling spoiled fruit. I reached out to the store location and customer service and was informed that there's nothing that they can do regrading the spoil fruit. The manager was beyond rude and unprofessional and the customer service rep seems to have little interest in resolving this problem. I purchase many items from fruits from different location all over the tri state area and never received spoiled fruit. However, I am more disappointed the way the manager handled herself.

My gift was not received by the delivery date.
I spoke with 3 representatives at the corporate headquarters this morning who told me they needed to get in touch with the specific store. THE STORE HASN'T GOTTEN BACK TO ME AFTER EMAILING & CALLING!

I have yet to hear back from them regarding the case # I submitted and the full refund.

To make smoothie take almost my all brake and the smothie was sour not good. Empty store and take too long to make smoothie not good for business

I order from this place and the whole delivery was not there I was missing my balloons and flowers on Valentine’s Day also call but they don’t pick up and have you on hold for ever I also went to the store and was supposed to get a return and yet to have my return money back this place is very unprofessional and I will never order from this place again.

The gentleman who delivered the gift basket was professional, and determined to make the delivery in-spite of the difficulty getting to the recipient. He made two trips. He represents the company well! I hope the gift was as successful!

I ordered 3 things for Valentine's day and received only 1 of them. I spent a few hours in total on the phone (no call-back option) trying to get a refund and still haven't received it two weeks later. I won't be ordering from them again and I would advise others to avoid ordering from them on any major holidays where they clearly can't handle a higher volume of orders.

My order was a day late. Not even sure they would've delivered it if I didn't contact customer service. Store number is a joke can't get anyone on the phone. I would never order from this branch ever again.
