Great customer service and timely deliveries always! The fruit arrangements are fresh and made exquisitely! Definitely recommend this place for your gifting needs or if you’re craving something sweet

Prior to my delivery I had a few issues with my order. The customer service line gave me inadequate information. I then later got in contact with the store manager, who does not know how to speak to customers in a professional manner; completely rude. I’ve never had an issue with delivery in the past and when the order is placed there is no clause stating delivery can not go inside Apt buildings to deliver the items. Driver refused to deliver item inside of apt building. However, fruit was okay. Will not order from this establishment ever again

Amazing service, the store was nice and clean, most importantly the fruit bouquet was nicely made and I just loved. I highly recommend them. One of the best locations I've been to.

Told me the arrangement would be delivered between noon and 2, it wasn’t delivered until hours later, and no one was home, they didn’t call the number provided to see what to do.didn’t drop off the arrangement and then the store closed, so my mom didn’t get her arrangement until after her birthday.for the price paid for delivery this was extremely disappointing

Customer service was great! Had an issue with ants getting in my arrangement and they sent a new box over. Very helpful and attentive!

I receive excellent courteous service from employee Nancy in the early morning of August 20th. She prepared a beautiful fruit platter for my friends Christine and Jimmy’s wedding breakfast. It was ready on time, generously and perfectly prepared. Thanks, Eileen M.

Had a great experience with Edible arrangements. The cakes in my initial delivery had been smushed in transit. I was contacted by Emily to check on the satisfaction of my delivery. When communicating the issue, Edible Arrangements wanted to make it right. I was promptly shipped a new arrangement and a small cookie box as a gift. I appreciate a company that takes pride in customer satisfaction and would order from them again in the future.

I order from them regularly for a business and Emily is amazing the order is always correct it gets delivered on time and the products she produces out of there are wonderful the owner Adam is also very community related and accommodating I’m very happy with the service they provide

My wife and I recently ordered (2) large arrangements for our sons graduation party.the process was very smooth and simple. Emily was very helpful and professional.our guests were very impressed with the freshness of the fruit and the beautiful appearance and delicious taste of the product.this was not our first time ordering from this location and it will certainly not be our last.top notch job guys, thanks again.

I called this store directly because it was in the same area ad the intended recipient. I placed the order for my mother as she is near 80 years old. I want to start by saying the phone number listed below by Edible arrangements to contact them does NOT work. I do not have an order # as we placed the order directly with the store, and the 877# they corporate replies with you can not get a human!

We ordered a fruit platter and cookies to be delivered the following day for a total of $150.51

The next day at around 6pm I called the recipient and asked if she had a delivery, she said no and that she was home all day. I asked her if she was sure to check the door to see if it was left. It was not left and she checked her ring cameras, no one had shown up to the house that day.

The following day the recipient was traveling and leaving town and wanted her to have these for the drive and her destination.

I called the store and they tried to tell me that they attempted to deliver the day before but no one was home! I told her that is not the case and that she was home all day. I informed them that the person was no longer at the home and to please cancel.

This was on April 22nd. As of today I have called the store 4 times and still have not received the credit on the credit card! Store manager and owner assured me this would be done, but now the store is not answering the phone and trying to call corporate is impossible to get in touch with someone.

Unethical business practice for sure!

The hours were until 5pm. We arrived today at 3: 50. Place was dark & closed. We called the phone # on the door, No Answer! How do businesses like this stay in business? At least put a note on the door! You lost our business This place should CLOSE based on these reviews

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE-

Firstly, the sheer incompetence displayed by the workers at this establishment is astounding. From being unable to follow simple delivery directions, to being now over three business days late on delivery, and now rude and insincere communication from store employees!

Secondly, I ordered this arrangement for my Aunt whose husband, my uncle, passed away on Sunday. It is now end of day Tuesday and all I have to show for my $120 is two failed delivery attempts. Is my grieving Aunt supposed to receive three day old fruit thats been carried across the city for two full days?

When I called to ask about my order the woman who answered simply said, that is not my problem. I stated that I requested the delivery to be sent in the morning on Monday. She replied that early is not a valid time, despite morning being one of their only three options. Upon the first delivery attempt the driver made no effort to call the recipient- which I provided on the order form.

I contacted another local store who had only sympathy for me, as they had heard numerous times about the lack of efficiency and courtesy displayed by the Bay Port Edible Arrangements location.

$50 for 12 chocolate covered strawberries for Mother's Day and the chocolate was messy and uneven (they rushed), strawberries were small and some were almost rotten. COMPLETE RIP OFF!
I called and requested a refund, but they said they couldn't grant that request because I picked them up (without viewing them). They sent a replacement box that was mostly composed of chocolate chip cookies and a few other cheap items. They had an opportunity to redeem themselves somewhat and they clearly didn't care enough to.

DON'T GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT, you will be disappointed!

I picked the strawberries up Saturday 5/7 late afternoon, photos below are from Mother's Day early afternoon.

Ordered an arrangement for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day. The whole arrangement was melted and sweaty. Fruits were melted, & many fell off. Looks worse than the pictures.

You'd be better off making an arrangement yourself. I tried surprising my wife at work, but the order was never delivered. They assured it would be delivered the next day. When it arrived, the fruit was frozen solid. By the end of the day, the whole thing was mush. Customer service was no help. They told me to email them pictures and I haven't heard back since. I wasted over 100$ for mush and a headache.

Horrible service I ordered a flower bouquet as well balloons chocolate covered strawberries and a plush bear 50 percent of my order arrived my wife received her chocolate covered strawberries and balloons but main part the flowers which ran 54.00 never arrived or plush bear I was told next day it would be fixed I called back which a girl said my wife should receive between 1-5pm and I called her and she said she never received so that’s twice they made me look like a liar on Valentine’s Day and day after but they didn’t forget to take 108.00 from my account anybody thinking of ordering from Bayport Ediable arrangements do yourself a favor save yourself the stress and don’t order from them
