Edible Arrangements, Clifton Park NY

The website is the worst. I ordered a gift to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. Everything was good until the payment page. The page rejected my credit card three times but the charges went thru on my credit card. I called and tried to get help and the person I spoke with could not understand anything I was saying. She claimed there was no order in the system. I then called my credit card and requested them not to pay the three charges. I will not purchase from them again. They got one star as I am forced to click on one to post this review

Need to update hours, they close at 5. I rushed all the way out before they closed just to realize the hours are different than advertised.

I want to appreciate the driver who went out for me today in order to make sure the arrangement I ordered was delivered today as it was very important for me to have it delivered today. I am not sure of her name, but she was incredibly sweet and thoughtful to go out of her way and do this. She really helped to make my day better knowing that it was going to be delivered today. She really went above and beyond for me. Thank you SO much!

Ordered the dozen chocolate covered strawberries on 6/17 around 1pm. They were expeditiously delivered on Father's Day around 1: 30 pm. Surprised with the speed of delivery on a special occasion day. Father's Day). Recipient was very pleased with the quality of the product. Berries juicy and chocolate of excellent quality. Have occasionally ordered from the Clifton Park over the last 3-4 years, and never disappointed in items for myself or gifts for others. I highly recommend!

I placed an order for pick up today not only did the young lady working stay late to wait for me since I was stuck in traffic but she was also so sweet and understanding. Also to my surprise the chocolate covered strawberries I ordered were huge! And tasted amazing. My sister and I really enjoyed them for her birthday. I was very pleased with my purchase and experience with this location)

I love this Edible Arrangements store! Janofer has been here sharing happy bouquets and her smile for 17 years. I can't think of a sweeter gift or a sweeter person to work with!

Absolutely love ordering from them. It’s always so fresh and never disappoints. Only suggestion is to better prep the cheesecakes. The one received was melted. Well the cream on top more specifically.

I would like to thank Ken for going above and beyond today to make sure that my delivery was made today. When he wasn't able to deliver a sympathy gift for my cousins, he gladly delivered it to a different address in a different city to make sure they got it today. Thank you again, Ken. BTW, I work for edible arrangements in SC so I know what your day can be like. Thank you again for going above and beyond for us. YOU ROCK DUDE!

Chocolate covered fruit is awesome from here. Very fresh and ripe. Bought platter for my daughter when she had her son we both loved it. Thank you for a great product!

LOVE this store! Ordering was super easy. There was a mix up by me and they called me to make sure all was ok with my order. AMAZING customer service! Couldn't grab a picture of the platter I purchase because as soon as it was opened everyone dug in! It was beautifully done and apparently tasted delicious from what I saw!

Recipient never received delivery. Horrible customer service when I tried to call and resolve the issue. Would not give me a refund and spoke very rudely to me. I understand this is just one franchise but the overall experience was bad enough that I will not use Edible Arrangements again, nor recommend it to others. And I would say stay away from this location in particular.

These people ruined my special day. I was celebrating my 1 year anniversary and they didn’t have a single care in the world when preparing my edible arrangement. I couldn’t tell what the words spelled. The strawberry weren’t ripe. More than half of the grapes were bad/rotten. And the juice from the strawberries bleed all over the pineapples. This was for out fruit table at our special event and I’m highly upset at the level of customer service I’ve received. I’ve called everyday since the situation occurred and they kept hanging up on me and being rude and brash, They stated that only a manager can resolve my issue. They didn’t ask could they remake the order not 1 time. And when I asked them to remake it they said I still would have to speak to a manager and it was nothing they could do for me even though this was the day before my event. It’s been 4 days since this incident occurred and I’m still getting poor bottom of the gutter customer service.the store employees are nice until theirs an issue with your order and then it’s like a switch goes off and they no longer value u as a company. You would think the company’s that are still in business would treat ppl with kindness and respect since the struggles that other companies have endured since the pandemic started has been nothing short of traumatic. This case would’ve been so easy to resolve with a simple remake of the order but now since event day has passed Im all out of options except this company refunding every dime I spent with them. I would advise you to go to Walmart and grab a fruit carver and let do it yourself

For 50.00 i received this little itty bit of fruit. Not happy at all. Will never purchas anything from them again

Don't close your shop is the best dessert store that I've ever been to in my entire life.

My fiancè ordered $200 worth of product for my birthday. He ordered on Wednesday for it to be delivered Saturday. He called Saturday to make sure it would be delivered that day so i was home to be surprised by it and the woman assured him it would be delivered by 4pm. Needless to say its 5pm and still no order so he calls and they are closed. No call saying anything to him that it would not be delivered or there was any problem. We had to wait until Monday to call and when we did we had to leave a message for the manager to call back because the woman didn't handle returns or issues apparently. Monday goes by and still no call back from the manager so we call again and get the same story. My fiancè calls and the girl asks why he needs to speak to a manager and then someone else grabbed the phone from her and kept saying over and over in a rude tone that they would refund the order and rushed him off the phone. Four days later we got a refund but no apology from one person there. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS WITH ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT MOLDY FOOD AND HOW RUDE THE 2 WOMAN ARE. The owner should really rethink having this place of business stay open.

I had sent an arrangement to my son's family and it was beautiful! Very pricey, the largest arrangement of fruit came out to be over $200 dollars so that was kind of shell shock.

It is delightful to receive a beautiful and tasty fruit arrangement. I rec'ved one on my retirement. Loved it so much that I order it for many special birthdays, recuperating from serious opereations and such. I've only gotten positive feedback! Thank you EA!
