We parked 45 minutes before our reservation time from the show we booked and stayed about 1.5 hours after, only paid ten additional dollars. Attendant was cool and friendly. Surprised me after the reviews I read, very pleasant experience.

Been parking here for two months up until my card began getting charges i never approved.the manager finally agreed to refund them and i decided to give it one more chance. After being upset, rightfully so, about them charging my credit card, I continued to be disrespected and tormented by Eric Allen.

Rude managers and continuously charge cards without permission. If you park here pay cash, or don't.

Incredibly rude manager, ridiculous pay system, I don’t know what they did but both my side cameras no longer work in my car after picking up, and to top it off the machine wouldn’t take my card and ended up being 1 min over so had to pay for an additional hour. So we decided okay why not enjoy another hour in the neighborhood then, but the extremely rude manager told us we couldn’t which is fine, then as I waited for my family to come from the restaurant across the street for 2 min since we couldn’t stay another hour, the manager proceeds to berate me and told me to get off his property since I already paid. NEVER parking at a park Edison again, the worst service and a mechanic visit included with the price.

I left my EV here for the afternoon and the manager Eric was so kind and attentive. I misplaced my key and he was so understanding. Please speak to Eric as he’s so professional.

For somereason my credit card didnt work on the paying station so the worker made me go in circles just to make me passing the hour and pay more!
