15My name is rebas, and I am writing on behalf of my group that park at Edison park fast at 160 Livingston for Brooklyn tabernacle every Sunday morning. Mr.khan is amazing! He knows everyone’s cars and we don’t have any issues with waiting in a line + he manages retrieving cars so quickly and efficiently. We really thank you for taking care of our cars safe and sound early in the morning. The company must be proud to have you as employee, you are amazing we do appreciate you. This parking lot is so convenient we recommend it and we’re so happy to park here!
Had an amazing parking experience with Khan! He was amazingly quick and such a pleasure when I needed to park my car at Edison park fast 160 Livingston st! This is one of my favorite parking lot
I parked my car only 2 & half hours. They charged $57. Not busy time. Morning 5.30. Too high rate. Never recommended.
Excellent customer services Patrick, Khan and the other guys are very professional

Sylvester is as good as they come A+ glad to see him back after being out for a few months.
It’s a good lot. The attendants work hard and have always tried to be accommodating and pleasant. I don’t like that there are always new attendants every few weeks, but that’s about it.
Khan is a very faithful worker. He does his job with so much Joy and respect. It's always a blessing to park in the Edison park fast.
I had the pleasure of encountering Mr Khan,
Parking Attendant, and I must say he is truly exceptional at what he does. From the moment I pull in to the parking lot, his professionalism and courtesy shone through.
Khans attention to detail and efficiency is impressive. What sets Mr. Khan apart is his outstanding customer service. He always greets me with a smile, answers my questions patiently, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s evident he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he serves. In a world where exceptional service an be hard to come by, Mr. Khan stands out as a shining example of what a parking attendant should be. His dedication and friendly demeanor make him an asset to any establishment. Thanks to Mr. Khan’s exceptional service. He truly deserves recognition for his outstanding work. Long time customer. Mr Khan is always pleasant and helpful. Operating a parking lot is similar to being an airport traffic controller. He and the team place the cars efficiently and effectively; so the cars are received and returned quickly. He is always watchful to make sure people are well taken care of.
Great experience.
Been a monthly parker for years.
Khan is a wonderful asset to the company.
Patrick and Khan at 160 Livingston St, Bklyn are wonderful. So helpful and kind. I am happy to be their customer!
I wish I could give zero stars. The treatment I received in front of my children was appalling. I mistakenly mixed up my appointment time and left the CarMax for merely seven minutes after paying via the ParkWhiz app. Upon returning, they demanded an additional $25, claiming my car was oversized. Even though I explained my brief absence and the genuine error with my appointment, they were relentless. Patrick, one of their employees, yelled at me, insisting I pay before releasing my keys. My children were in tears, and while I was being berated, two other workers just laughed. In the end, I paid the fee, only for them to toss my keys at me, instructing me to retrieve my vehicle myself, all while my kids were still upset. This was a degrading experience - to be publicly humiliated and strong-armed into paying double for a mere seven-minute mistake. This establishment's lack of compassion and focus on profit over understanding is deeply concerning. The sheer audacity to charge someone $50 for seven minutes of parking and to treat a customer so poorly is disgraceful.
I love this parking garage. Very reasonably priced. Customer service when I texted and called was awesome.
59$ for 55 min!? Really? ! I ask for a receipt, mashine was broken hmm. They give me receipt with 45 $ on it! Never again.
