Edo Restaurant, Pelham NY

The food is really good. Service could use some work as most of the employees are very young but for the most part a great time.

Even though the wait time is a bit long the service is always great so the wait is worth it

Celebrated my husband's birthday here yesterday. I made reservations a week in advance. When we got there, they refused to seat us because we were missing one person which I found rather silly. (There were 7 adults in total, and we were going to occupy a whole hibachi table either way.) When our last party arrived, they made us wait another 10 mins to be seated.
The food was good.

I called an hour (6: 26pm to be exact) before I got to the restaurant and they stated that they were taking walk-ins. I arrived to the restaurant at 7: 35pm and they stated they were not taking any more walk-ins. I than ordered food at 7: 40pm and received my take out order at 9: 12pm.
I would suggest the restaurant not tell people they take walk-ins because not knowing how far one has traveled to be told they cannot eat at the restaurant is insane.
Make A Reservation, If Not Don’t Go!

Have visited this restaurant on several occasions and service has been under satisfactory. However, the most recent experience was completely surreal. Staff had our family waiting for an hour before finding us a table. Other staff had a concerning negative attitude and made our family feel very disappointed. Front desk staff was very and unprofessional. D- is the score overal all!

A nice family atmosphere and the food is made in front of you as it is an oriental restaurant and they also serve drinks.

We had a great time celebrating my aunt's birthday. The food was plentiful & delicious as usual. Our server was engaging and made the evening flow nicely. Thank you for making the event memorable.

Our family & friends have been frequenting Edo’s for two decades. We absolutely love the staff, food, drinks & ambiance. It’s always a pleasurable experience; they are attentive & accommodating.

Love Edos! Great place for a birthday party or graduation! The chicken and shrimp combo is amazing.

I had a good experience at Edo Restaurant, but it's not a quiet place for adult conversations. Otherwise, the food and service was excellent. I will go back sometime soon.

For my first time it was amazing the food was delicious and the staff are soo kind. The chef/cook was soo funny and cool. I am definitely coming back here more often maybe come here for my birthday.they even celebrate your birthday.you should definitely come here if you want to try Japanese food. If I can rate 10 stars on this I would soo much. Also strong door lol

Absolutely foul. Packed, dirty. Smelled like pot. Staff could not care less. Used to be a fun place to go with the kids - never again.

I've gone to quite a few hibachi restaurants but none of them compares to Edo's.

I've been coming here for over 20 yrs. Food is usually good for the most part. Sometimes the chef goes too heavy on sauce. They need to add garlic back to the ingredients of the food. Most people love Garlic.
