2I would highly recommend that you Do NOT trust EG Tax to handle any of your financial matters. I paid a decent amount of money earlier this year to have my taxes done, only to get a letter from the IRS in June. The preparer (who was a supervisor) made an error that ended up costing me $3,000. Worst of all, no one bothered to inform me of this error back in February or called to explain what it was going to cost me 4 months later. I've made several attempts to get this straightened out and to get answers but I am getting the run around. Not so much as an apology. At this point I have to go through the IRS, BBB, and NYS to report the issue and attempt to receive some sort of understanding and remedy.
E G tax has been on my side for years. I have tried other places, and ended up right back at E G.
