El Barrio Lechonera reviews
11I like the food but every time I order delivery they always do stupid stuff like answer the phone say hold on and have whole conversations in the background and when the other phone rings they answer and take that persons order while I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes smh never fails bad customer service
When I go they like to skip me or ignore me because they don’t understand English …not the best service! I waited almost 25 min for a simple mangu
El Barrio luncheonera is one of the oldest and best Gucci Frito restaurants in Spanish Harlem and in all New York for that matter I highly recommend that when you're here. You stop by and you say hello please let them know the chef Eddie said hi and hit that like button and subscribe that's right hit that like button that little button on the bottom thanks for reading my review and have a great and wonderful safe new year thanks bye.
No lechon, just pernil. Don't call your establishment a lechonera if you don't sell lechon!
The pork soup is delicious unfortunately the sweet plantains, rice and beans were gross. I will continue going for the soup
The food here is great! My favorite is the juicy baked chicken with red onions all over it, a must buy! I do wish they took debit/credit cards as a payment method but besides that I love love love this restaurant 10/10 fs.
Food is awesome! Truly the best spanish soul food in East Harlem! The portions are generous, i feed a family of five as a treat on Friday nights.for $60? ! Amazing value!
First time at this restaurant. Place is small but clean. Food was decent and prices are average. They also have offer beer, so you can't go wrong with a Modelo!
Extremely racist I called and the lady ignored me and when I went in person they served the Hispanic food first and then me last
HANDS DOWN! The BEST chicharron in the neighborhood. Always MOIST, SEASONED, crispy skin, tender meat - never dry like some others a couple blocks away. BRAVO! And the price is great!
