Extremely long wait times, rude and careless associates, doctors and nurses don't address all of my concerns. There is no respect here for the patient.

This clinic does not even deserve a one star. U can't speak to anyone with a pulse and it takes so long to get a referral if you get one that you will be in the er or dead before someone pays attention. O and it not an insurance thing because even pay out of pocket you still treated like crazy with no regular doctor to see you. Smh

Very rude woman at the vaccination front desk, I wanted to make an appointment for the vaccine she asked where you here Saturday? I responded no, she said you should have said yes, than she said I'm going to put you in the list just because I feel like being nice today than asked me for my ID and left me standing for more than 10 minutes while talking to who I think is her homegirl I took my ID and walked away no wonder why they have such poor rating.

I have been a patient with the Clinic since October of 1991. I love the medical staff and teams in the different department. I thoroughly enjoyed the prenatal team. They were able to teach me about family history and genetics. More importantly, I love the fact that my children's doctor was mine. Big Shout Out to Dr. Mevs!

Horrible! Worst clinic ever! They don’t do there work and keep you waiting even if u call on the phone or go there in person. I got an email from this clinic that I have an appointment with them. I left my school just to go there and be told that I don’t have an appointment and I keep trying to reschedule or confirm what was going on but non of them could help me. One worker will say this and the other will say something different! Won’t recommend.

Been coming here for many years and I gotta say it's a hot mess at times especially calling for just anything in general. Some departments are good, most are bad and some just don't even pick up the phone at all when you call. Besides dealing with rude people on the phone you also have to deal with them face to face. They just have attitudes for no reason and at times are very rude. Haven't had a permanent primary care doctor for a long time because they constantly up and go and no one tells you nothing until the day of your arrival to your appointment. With the exception of one department in particular (Psych to be exact) you're gonna have a very long wait time. If you're there for at least an hour in a half? I advise you to get up and say something because if not they'll forget all about you. Bring entertainment and food if possible.

The nurses are friendly and the clinic is clean those are the pros.cons are the doctors from my experience can't wait for next weeks appointment to get my paperwork and not come back. Every appointment I ask a question about my first pregnancy the sarcasm from the doctor is ridiculous and not even answered which is highly frustrating.

Had my appointment postponed the same day of my appointment after waiting almost three months to see the doctor, so now I’m sitting here having to wait “a few hours” cause they claim to be understaffed. I’ve made several arrangements to coordinate today’s appointment cause we all have things to do but this place doesn’t understand the concept of having consideration and reaching out to me weeks in advanced not the day of my appointment. This is just unacceptable!

I absolutely love this place. Not only is it immaculately clean, the staff there are the most pleasant people you could ever find working in the health field.

I don't care what others think about this clinic but I love it here i have the most wonderful doctor there and the other doctors are great they treat me good i have no problem there

I gave 2 stars because they are clean. However, the waiting period is ridiculous. If you have 4 hours to wait EVERY time you have an appointment. Go ahead. However, if they improve their over booking it could easy make it to way more stars.

Love this clinic is the best I went to my Prenatal visits here with Doctor Santiago, now my daughter pediatrician is Doctor Watson & love heeer

TERRIBLE! The crazy part is that this been my clinic since I was little. So over the GYN department. It's incredible how bad the Dr work there. They either Make u Waite 4 to 5 hours at time or they never there. To top it off you have the nurses who are no help at all not caring if it's an emergency, risking my life in this darn place. NEVER returning

Used to be my best place, this place sucks the doctor don't know what they doing, thanks to the doctor I didn't have a good experience with my pregnancy and the second time thanks to they mistake thing have good experience either and when u go walking in they tell u to come back tomorrow with a appoiment to walk in again just because the lazy nurse they have r here don't want to work, and wats the point of giving u appoiment if u still going to seat there for 2 hours or more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! CAN'T EVER GET THROUGH TO THE PERSON YOUR ASKING TO SPEAK TO AND THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.

Someone knows if tomorrow will be open my little girl is a little sick and I want to know if it will be open to take it as it's thanksgiving please someone tell me?

Not the greatest clinic ever. It can take overwhelmingly long to be seen by a doctor. Besides that, the actual doctors and treatments are top notch.

I Love the pediatric, very professional, you can tell that the doctors love their job. ME gusta mucho el área de pediatría, los pediatras trabajan con amor. I just love it

One of the best cilent in the bronx. They have excellent staff and they have one of the best doctors there. I went there when i was 10 year old. They took care of me.

Been here for a little time now lovely people, very clean and fresh environment love the staff friendly and helpful with your needs ect
