Tacos were overpriced and not very filling especially for 15 bucks for only 3. They either need to lower the price or actually give you your moneys worth.

This is my go-to take out spot for Mexican. Their delivery is SO FAST. And the food is delicious and totally satisfying. They have a great selection, including a bunch of veggie options for their dishes. Enjoy!

Nice, quick, and a staple of our weekend. We order from El Paso regularly and it’s always such a delight. Hands down, one of the best burritos in Brooklyn. Don’t sleep on the mozz sticks!

Great food, but slightly expensive for takeout. My favorites are the enchiladas, chimichangas, and best of all is the tortilla soup. It's seriously one of the best soups I've ever had. Staff is always nice as well. My only complaint is that they use too much dark chicken meat and I don't like dark meat.

BEWARE! They sent me raw chicken in my flautas and my quesadilla! When I called the girl who answered was extremely rude and dismissive! Do not order from this place unless you like your chicken bloody inside.

This the worst restaurant to order tacos. I placed two orders of tacos and taco bowl. The food came fast because they did not put any effort in cooking the food. The tacos were cold. The tortilla wasn't even hot up. No cilantro nor onio. Yes plain cold tortilla with lettuce and American cheese. The bowl was disgusting. Cold and full with oil. I never seen a restaurant so careless in providing this type of food. It seems like the cook just grab whatever he had in front of him put it containers and send it out. I called the restaurant to complain and the receptionist told me that I had add the cilantro and onions to the tacos in the selection of extra toppings. All Mexican tacos main ingredients are cilantro and onions. The agreed to rr se d me only the taco bowl back with the agreement that I will send back the disgusting one they sent in the first place. I gladly sent it back. Do not order food from this place

The best Mexican restaurant in all of Brooklyn. Food is always fresh, fast, and delich! Huuuge portions you can share.try the burrito bowl through Seamless.you can add some toppings without extra $$$

I used to love this place a lot! Portions were good food was more delicious! The portions are so small and their prices just skyrocket! And tell me how can you pay the same price for Burrito Bowl without meat? I was told prices are the same with the meet and without meet! Really? Even Chepotle is not that cheap! Horrible and overpriced place!

El Paso Mexican Grill is an excellent example of a well run restaurant. The food is consistently fresh and delicious.
Beautifully decorated, with 4-5 tables for indoor eating (when safe to do so). Serving staff is polite and gives service with a smile. Prices are reasonable. I've tried several items on their huge menu, and have never been disappointed.
Highly recommended.

We just received an order from this restaurant, at this address and our food was sopping wet and cold, even though it arrived quickly. A salad I bought was missing multiple add-on items that cost extra money and was a disgusting mess to look at. When we contacted the restaurant, they told us they didn’t want to help us. We’ve had good experiences with them in the past, but it only takes one to lose our business.

Please get rid of the young lady at the cashier! I’m not sure what it is with her, but she’s not a very nice young lady. Shes very abrupt with people. She has no customer service skills. When a customer comes to pay for their order you should have a smile on your face, and not have your face turned up at people. While rolling her eyes at customers behind her glasses. That type of attitude is not go for business. I will spend my hard earn money elsewhere. Sorry El Paso you’ve lost a loyal customer

How do you get even more delicious? Everytime is on time, every meal better than the one before. I've been ordering for years, super grateful you are still open and delivering!

Still microwave their food.no wonder 112 reviews with a 3.8 yeah I feel sorry for the people that actually think this place is good.

This food is not fresh.it's also combo of Dominican and Mexican.not the best no fresh lettuce and tomatoes in the burritos.

Great place to eat something when in a rush. Their customer service is swift, pricing is fair, excellent mood. Will come back again

Really not the type to complain. BUT -*

I’ve had enough I will no longer support this restaurant for the simple fact that customer service is really poor, the prices are sky rocket for very small portions of food.

Allow me to explain my frustrations.

1. I’ve been going to this location for numerous occasions sometimes mornings/afternoon and it’s the same exact experience. I’ve mainly order the same meals and every other week the prices go up by about 60-80€, I usually ask for both beans black & pinto because if you ask for one type they literally give you about 10 beans in 1 scoop and if I ask for extra it’s 75 € for 5 more beans (yes I counted it) they ask what type of cheese then microwave it on dry nachos so when it comes out the microwave the cheese is melted away so I’ll usually ask for “a lil bit more cheese please” that will also be 75€. $1.50 for a side scoop of guacamole and by me asking for my meal to be prepared a certain way they will get an aggressive attitude, stop making the order to go in the back an ask for permission or stop making my order to check on Uber eats orders.

2. My other experience was At lunch time hours when the (Mexican/Hispanic) construction workers come in I visually watch them give the correct portion on their meals no extra charge nothing and maybe that’s a perk for being a construction worker but that makes no sense if we ordering the same meal 1 behind the other why charge me extra? And skimp out my meal? Oh btw $15 for 4 mini burritos (no meat) smh!

3. I usually go by myself or with my wife and spend from $42-$55 on two meals you might wonder why it’s so much that’s because of the small portions they give, the food will be dry if you don’t ask for extra.

4. The last time I was there my wife was choking a little bit so I rushed to get a bottle of water I tried to use my debit card and the lady told me that it was a $8 minimum I only had $1 in my pocket, you would of thought that a bottle of Poland spring water is $1 since it’s $1 everywhere else in BROOKLYN.
No Way Jose I had to run to my car luckily parked in front take 4 quarters out my car to give this lady for a bottle of water.your telling me a customer is choking and your asking for $2 for a bottle of water? Nah that was it for me it’s no way I’m going out to eat and a local restaurant spending $40+ on two meals an you can’t let my wife drink a bottle of water while she was chocking.

P. S
Also the main reason I started going to the restaurant is because when we order online/Uber eats/seamless etc the meals ALWAYS comes cold or messed up, missing ingredients that was paid for etc. I vow to never ever in my life go back to this location I can YouTube it, it’s not rocket science I’ll stick to taco Tuesdays at my house.

One of my top locations for mexican food. Visited on a Wednesday I think. I had a brother come into town and he asked me to go back here.
